I have been living in London for last 12 years, and I lived in few properties (around 5) during this period and I experienced to get in touch with a number of estate agents. I never felt so comfortable in dealing with agents for property and friendly attitude to get the service I needed from any other estate agents than Haart. Most estate agents don't really want to take the time to asses what the tenants want, their budget, expectation of the property, facilities they are looking for and how quickly they can provide it, that I didn't have to face when I first talked with Adnan from Haart. When I talked with Adnan on phone about a property we chose from the ads and I explained him about my expectations, the interesting part is although the property didn't have all the features we wanted but after we viewed it Adnan promised us the features it needed to meet our expectations and he made it happen in a month we moved in. We never got that service from any other agents in our last property searches. Understanding what customers want and providing them their type of property is not as easy as we think. Adnan and his other colleagues(Claire/Gema) have that quality what most of the agents don't possess. So we definitely recommend Haart for their exceptional service.

I saw a property at the Barkingside branch that I wanted to view. However I was waiting for someone from that office to call me back to arrange a viewing. I contacted Elisa to find out if the property was available. She was very helpful and contacted the office on my behalf. She later phoned me to say the property was no longer available but there is another similar property. The following day she sent me the link to view the advert.

Once I told her I was happy with it, she arranged the viewing with her colleague at the Barkingside branch. And text me with all the information. I was very grateful for all her help as I was stressing about finding somewhere in the current pandemic.

One can imagine that in a time with a global pandemic and Brexit present moving houses and even countries might be the last thing you'd consider worth your nerves and lifetime. Unfortunately, due to the latter, my partner and I had no choice but to move to the UK as employees of a British company. As expats, it was already challenging enough for us to get everything arranged to move from Berlin to London - so we actually started looking for a place only after we arrived in the UK.

We were and are very grateful therefore for all the work and support haart, and especially Elisa have offered us to get a place and fully settle down in London! Elisa has been more than responsive, pro-active, and patient with us who were far from fully accustomed to the British letting bureaucracy. A huge thank you to her and the whole haart team that made is easy, if not possible, for us to find our place in parallel to our day jobs. We couldn't have wished for a better agency - we never felt like "just a client" and that already means a lot.

Elisa and Michell were super helpful when we were moving into our flat! There was always someone at the end of the phone at Haart and the online system was really useful in getting everything processed! Thanks!
