I have found GYMWASH to be excellent at completely removing that stale sweat smell! I’ve noticed it’s been particularly helpful with some of my favourite (older) gym tops, that take a battering every time I wear them. Works great for all kinds of kit (running/lifting etc). I would recommend trying a soak, the results are so satisfying!

Extremely disappointed with this product. As other say, the hype is not justified. Clothes still smell despite trying pre-wash and higher dosage of the detergent. And by reading other comments I’m not going to even try to get my money back… what a waste

Still waiting for a refund. Unfortunately this product didn’t work for me, and as their website states a 30 day back money guarantee, I returned the unopened bags to the address provided the one time they replied to my email.

I’ve paid to return the product and now my emails are being ignored. I’ve tried the contact form on website, emailing. Also the phone number on the packaging doesn’t work.

I paid via Amex and have now raised a dispute

Used as a prewash this stuff is fantastic! I wouldn’t recommend using this on its own, too many factors can lead to a lot of the negative comments about this product on here.

So use as pre wash/pre soak then use usual detergent/softner = clean and smell free clothes!

Read all the reviews. Followed the instructions. Kit came out of washing machine still smelly (it was not overly smelly to begin with). Disappointed not to put it mildly as it wasn't cheap.

This stuff is great, gets all the accumulated gym stink out of your active wear and smells really goid

Great stuff! Won’t use anything else on our sports kit. Get’s all our stuff (horse riding, rugby, MTB, gym kit, swimming) cleaning and smelling really fresh. 3 bags lasted our family just under a year. Just bought our third lot.

I’ve used GymWash for a while now, and I’ve just finished my first bag and I’ve purchased two more.
My gym-kit was absolutely foul! I’d wash it with normal detergent, and it would come out still smelling of sweat.
I’m the kind of person that sweats so hard from an intense workout that I look like I’ve taken a bath and my kit is soaked (Attractive, I know.).
I firstly soaked all of my gym-kit in the gym-wash solution for many, many hours. This really helped. My gym-kit no longer smells worn before I’ve put it on! I throw in two scoops with every wash and it comes out smelling clean - finally.

An awesome product! Gymwash does exactly what it promises, removes tough odours and leaves clothes smelling great. My husband's sweaty and smelly gym gear comes out fresh and clean every time. On top of that, the customer service is fantastic, friendly, responsive, and really helpful. Highly recommend for active households!

Very disappointed in this product, completely over hyped and I can not believe people are buying this stuff. Tested it straight away with a wash of very stinky gym kit (2 scopes of detergent) and is promise you the clothes came out worse than they went in absolutely stinky only this time with a really odd chemical tea tree scent not pleasant, not fresh and certainly not clean.

It genuinely revives all my manky old gym kit to like new! I also contacted them recently and received excellent customer service. I’ve just bought my fourth bag and I’ll keep raving about it to anyone who will listen!

Does what it says !

I thought I would try this after my only solution to grim sports gear was soaking it in biological laundry liquid to remove the sweat smell. With sensitive skin this was not ideal.
I'm so impressed with this product. It leaves my clothes smelling fresh and clean. The water after the soak is grim !

Miracle washing powder from social media?
Actually, yes.
First, I chucked the powder into the washing machine and turned on the pre-wash and it didn't really work.
Second try, I dissolved the powder in the bath and soaked a large load of extremely smelly old gear for 2 hours. The water looked horrible when I fished the clothes out but after a quick wash in the machine (without extra detergent) my clothes smelled brand new.

Usually they make the room smell when they're drying on the airer, but now they smell fresh. I'd gotten used to the sweaty smell but now I early notice it's absence. This will be a staple from now on. Fast delivery without any drama too.
