DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

They won’t give full names, won’t email FCA reference number, won’t email Companies House number. The FCA say this is irregular and have advised me to file a formal complaint. I have emailed the company co-founder Robert Udy and will post on here if I ever hear back.

UPDATE: I got the email finally but was cut off three times by Edwin who also told me he could not transfer me to another adviser or a manager. He then told me he had cancelled the application - something that Leona later confirmed to be not the case. Due to him taking umbrage at my request for a surname, the application has now been sent back to Underwriting - though no financial details have changed. Not a great experience and my emails to the company’s cofounder Rob Udy have so far not produced a solution.

Hi, I've been with this company for years and I had to change my guarantor twice! Nothing changed about my work, salary, my guarantors are on plus 150k salary and yet I didn't have a chance to top up with the exact same application as I was approved few months ago! So if my guarantor is willing to cover my risks then what could be the possible reason for this company not to top up my current loan, and to be honest, I think it's time for me to stop paying interest rates and maybe I can save it for myself,

I cannot thank Tom and Kwame enough for the excellent service they provided. My loan was completed and paid out within just one day, and the whole process was made so much easier thanks to these two lovely gentlemen.

They were professional, informative, kind and had a great sense of humour. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions and made what could have been a very challenging and stressful situation feel so much more manageable.

It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely care about their customers and go out of their way to help. Tom and Kwame are a real credit to the team, and I would highly recommend their service.

The process is so seamless and every staff that I spoke with are excellent and lovely. I first spoke with kwame or koffi from Norwich office,really can't remember his name, who made me conclud in my mind to go ahead with your company. He sounded so warm and welcoming. Then I spoke with Leona couple of times, she walked me through all the necesaary information I needed. Walked me through the process,took her time to explain in detail all questions on my mind and gace satisfactory response. She is so lovely and brilliant on her job. She made me feel I'm in a safe hand😍.
