Easy to order. Quick to deliver. The 1.2m ‘Premier’ Gripsure offcuts were fairly priced and just what I needed for completing a safe walk way over a ditch to a Devon bank.

I ordered Gripsure decking for my patio…
I ordered Gripsure decking for my patio it came on time after putting it down I was not happy with 2 boards, I contacted Gripsure and sent them a photo of said boards they were very helpful and 2 new boards came the next day. I cannot praise the company enough excellent service and a 10 year warranty .

The sales staff were very helpful and contacted me to ensure I was kept up to date with delivery. The classic boards are excellent, cut easily with a diamond tipped blade and went down a treat.

The staff were awesome and product even better. Getting the product delivered was another story. 1 and half days late and the most rude driver ever. Product was a bit bowed which was hard to lay

I believe my colleague has spoken with you and explained that we use external hauliers, which takes everything out of our control once it has left our offices. Excellent Product. Great Service.
I wanted to replace decking at my parents home, as they were slipping on the old decking when it was damp. The Gripsure product was of a high quality, delivered quickly, and when installed certainly gave my parents a safer area to walk on.

I have been trying to cut gripsure decking
With a angle grinder and a chop saw
Not a good enough finish so I rang gripsure and thay recommended there blade. I bought one I had it the next day for the job I was doing. great service and product
Don't mess about trying to cut the decking eney other way just get a blade. Thay cost a lot but if you are needing to cut a lot it's the only way to go

The non-slip inserts on our deck boards are certainly made of tough stuff! If you have a lot of decking to cut, using a blade is definitely the quickest and easiest option so I hope this helped you complete your job. Great service and quality decking
Great service and quality decking. Came on time specified. Be aware to have someone there to help unload as drivers are sometimes not that enthusiastic or get paid for any strenuous activities. Plus drivers are not part of gripsure.

A satisfied customer despite a problem with delivery!
The Gripsure website is easy to follow and informative, ordering is simple and straightforward. I was able to choose a delivery date and was contacted a couple of days beforehand to confirm. Unfortunately my order did not arrive!
I contacted Gripsure on the next working day and they followed this up with their haulier and kept me informed of progress. The haulier had trouble locating the pallet so Gripsure arranged for a new delivery to be sent out, which I received the next day.Obviously you don't want a delivery problem but Gripsure dealt with this promptly always making sure I was informed.

Placed an order, they asked for pics of what I had to make sure it was a good match, especially as there are so many options. The parts were sent but unfortunately the courier lost the package.....still now they have not found it. At the cost of Gripsure UK, they sent another package, with a different courier straight away. Amazing service and a very friendly company, 100% recommend
