Greenway Kia East Increased my Car Loan without any consent from me for the amount of $1,820.00 for so called “INT/EXT PROTECT AND ACCES” or “AVC appearance protection” – “AVC”
AVC” was not part of base or total price and was inserted by Sales as a separate item to the loan.
When I was signing the purchase on the electronic device, Andres Urdaneta misleadingly presented me the negotiated price on paper, which did not include “AVC”. I did not see his screen and later when the first loan statement was mailed to me, I’ve noticed that “AVC” was part of the loan
Statement of Andres Urdaneta in his email that “The AVC protection package was added to the negotiation to offset some of the losses on the cost of the vehicle” does not make any sense:
1. It was not part of negotiations (I would not have accepted it)
2. “offset some of the losses” with “AVC” of $1,820.00 price of the car gets much higher ($ 1,160 more) than it was advertised on Cars.com ($23,951)

Three months later, after complaining to BBB money for "AVC" was refunded.

We purchased a brand-new Kia Sorento 2025 on Jan18-2025, our sales manager and Finance manager Pedro Sotolongo and Andi Urdaneta were great giving us information and answering every question that we had, Top notch customer service. We will definitely recommend this Dealer to all our friends and family.

We love our Kia has so many features.

Brand new car and the center section sliding door was warped, discolored, dried and looked ugly when I picked up the 2024 EV9 car. I've tried to get it fixed to no avail. I called for the Service manager, but Jeanna (sp) won't return my call. How can I complain when no one will even talk to me. Prior to that, I had called my service adviser several time over several defend day. No return called. Today while detailing my car, I noticed a piece of silver plastic had chipped of the front facia. I am afraid to deal with them over that.

There are more problems, and if I could talk to someone, I would share the other problems. Anyone like to bet if they will even call me back. Why would anybody want to buy a car with them

So bought my car 10/2 at Kia greenway east Only received 1 key fob. Was told I would get a 2nd one when the locksmith showed up. No one could tell me when the locksmith will be at the dealership. As of today. 10/30 I found out locksmith will be at the dealership on Tuesday’s. I have still not been given an appointment. Not to mention the craziness with the finance but that is for another review. I can tell you the run around I am getting from the dealership is unnecessary. I am not looking forward to having to spend a weekend sitting at the dealership until I get what I have been promised and what is required for a new car purchase.

This dealership follows thru on absolutely nothing they say.

Took over a week to do my deal and get the car. All the dealerships that I have ever dealt with over my long life (62yrs) its been done in one day whether buying or leasing.

Its been 2 weeks now since I got the car and just now received my paperwork and registration! I still have not received the second set of keys which all cars include. What would happen if I lost my one set?

I normally don't write these reviews but today was the final straw. I received a debt collection letter from Kia stating they never received either my car or the funds to buy out the lease.

Well this car was traded in to Greenway Kia East in Orlando as part of my deal almost a month ago! All that paperwork should have been sent to Kia. Here, once again is another example of NO follow thru but now their incompetence may effect my credit.

I also told them in the beginning when this deal was done I would be interested in leasing a Sorento as well. This must have fell on deaf ears as I was treated exactly like I have mentioned.

Out of 103 reviews on Yelp, Kia Greenway East gets 73 one star. That in itself speaks volumes about how this dealership conducts business!

If you still decide to do business with these people skip my salesperson Marc Bouchard as he was instrumental in this epic fail! Folks, there are many Kia dealerships throughout Florida. Find one other than Greenway Kia East. Please don't go thru the awful experience I did. A car lease or purchase need not be such a horrible experience.
