From initial inquiry to delivery, this was customer service at its best (something you don’t find often these days). Staff were very helpful, as was the delivery man, and I am so happy with the quality of my Lichfield coffee table that I have now ordered the matching lamp tables.

My table arrived today and I’m so thrilled with it, I had some questions before my purchase and the team were really helpful, the delivery time was really good and they kept me up to date throughout, very impressed with the table quality and service provided, highly recommended.

I order two of their reclaimed wood bookshelves. The information post ordering about delivery and timeframes was excellent and very helpful. The bookcases themselves are beautiful and I love them plus they were easy to put together and well signposted. Overall, it was an excellent product sold and fulfilled in a thoughtful manner. I would recommend Greenwood.

We ordered a Farmhouse Grey Shoe Cupboard to match our existing Farmhouse Grey range already purchased from Greenway Furniture.
The quality and finish is very good and we especially liked not having the build the cupboard as it is prebuilt.
Ordering was easy and delivery communicated well.

We will purchase again from Greenway Furniture in the future i'm sure.

I have just taken delivery of a fine dining table. Service was excellent with every effort made to meet my requirements and constraints. Unni and Evan's and Kinetic couriers get 5 stars for service.
We did get a table without bolts or instructions to put it together but U and E rapidly organised to send some by post. In fact we bought some ourselves to save time. Then the holes for the bolts on one edge of the table top were cut slightly wrong so we drilled the holes bigger and this worked perfectly. We are very pleased with the result. It is a fine walnut table well finished and solid.

Very pleased with the level of service I received from Unni and Evans. I was kept up to date with my delivery at frequent intervals (the same person being the contact; it does make a difference). The table itself is pretty much as I expected, and weighs a ton! I wanted a sturdy, family table, that would last well into the future, and it looks like I've got one. I chose one of the reclaimed wood tables, and have since ordered the matching bench. It looks just that bit different, very usable (we're not a delicate, shiny-top family!), and will fit right in.

I haven't unpacked our goods yet but everything was delivered on time on the desired date. Shant was more than helpful and kept me updated regularly when items would be in stock.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was excellent. Initially the product was out of stock, but I was told they would email once available. They did 😀 A subsequent family bereavement meant I wasn’t going to be able to accept the delivery as per schedule, so I contacted customer service who kept the item for me and arranged dispatch once I was home. This is an example of excellent customer service and the item was was as expected and we’re very pleased with it.

IM ALWAYS VERY WARY ABOUT BUYING ONLINE BUT AFTER SPEAKING TO THE STAFF THERE I WAS VERY CONFIDENT AND HAPPY TO BUY FROM THEM. VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AND WOULD USE AGAIN

Absolutely best service I've ever experienced!! Kept in touch all the time, never had to contact them once. Fantastic and would definitely recommend. My table is stunning
