Easy to find online, easy to order, good support and follow up..they even stored the greenhouse while I sorted out a base.

Delivered as promised and although I had to chase a bit to get the installer booked in, it all seemed to work OK and I'm very pleased with the finished result.
Jeremy the installer was very good ... worked away on his own and did a great job.

We are very pleased with the quality and finish of the greenhouse and thougherly recommend this company. After it was erected we realised we should have ordered the downpipe adapters and these arrived 2 days after ordering. Well done a company that we would certainly use again.

Greenhouse (Vitavia 5000 in green) was delivered on time even after a mixup, (which was my own fault) with the postcode. Ian contacted me on various occasions to let me know where I was with the order/delivery, et cetera. It’s a good looking Greenhouse and appears sturdy enough to last me for a number of years. As with most greenhouses you need 2 people to erect it but it’s up and ready now. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this company.

The scheduled delivery of my greenhouse went according to plan. However the installation date was moved back 3 times and was eventually put up the 1st week in May. I had ordered a Louvre window as an extra. The installation team discovered one window was missing. The missing window finally arrived at the end of August after much chasing by me. It is now mid September and I am still chasing to try to get this company to return to install the louvre window. I really cannot recommend this company as the after sales service is terrible.

So excited! I have a Vitavia Venus 3800, 6 x 6 Greenhouse. For me, great value for money. Delivered on time by the lovely Dave, thank you, paid for installation. The guys came on Monday, hour & half/ 2 hour job. Brilliant, Thanks again. Kept fully informed by Kate, who has been a total star 🌟. Thank you to everyone!

If I could give 0 starts I would. I purchased a greenhouse from this company. I spoke an extremely rude man in the sales team after politely describing my upsetting experience. He started shouting and put the phone down. Never in my life have I experienced such a horrible experience when dealing with any company. Never purchase from this company- they are beyond rude and unhelpful. Formal complaint on its way.

Info at point of sale was 4-6 week delivery, which I took to mean for the expensive greenhouse I purchased to be constructed and usable. It ended up being 15 weeks from purchase to installation!! Not clear comms, ridiculous situation where the company sub-contracts to an installer. Installer says customer is supposed to contact him. Company says installer should contact customer. An absolute joke! Installer took a few weeks to even confirm an appointment for installation (after lots of chasing) and this is after a delay in the product even being delivered. A greenhouse that was supposed to be delivered at the start of the growing season has come at almost the end. Really not good enough.

I have just finished having my Vitavia Green Venus 5000 6 x 8 Greenhouse erected yesterday. Greenhouse Stores were very helpful when I was ordering. It was delivered when they said. I had been looking for it to be installed but I lived too far away. However, they recommended a gentleman who, when I got in touch, was able to come. It went up yesterday and I am delighted. Thank you for all your help and for recommending Brian for installation. Great experience all round and would highly recommend the company, the delivery service and the installer.

Greenhouse ordered 14/1/25 - delivered 24/4/25 with one piece missing (a shelf) which I received on 19/6/25. I dealt with Ian Willstead who was very helpful. The construction crew arrived on the evening of delivery and were superb. The job was done and all the rubbish (card/plastiv etc.) was cleared and removed by them. They were polite and knowledgable - my only niggle was the wait for delivery.

Emailed them with a question about delivery as I wanted to know how it was delivered with regards to moving the glass from the delivery truck to the garden and never got a replay so they lost a sale seems that lots of people have issues get a reply well it’s their loss

We have just finished erecting a 6 x 6 Vitavia greenhouse with the optional base and toughened glass. The instructions were clear and easy to follow with the precision cut aluminium sections. The glass was precisely cut and edged ground so no sharp edges.
My 94 year old Dad said it was the best greenhouse he has ever had.

Got the Elite lean-to greenhouse recently. Compact but very sturdy. GreenhouseStores knew exactly what would fit my space and didn’t try to upsell. That kind of honesty goes a long way.

The Lichfield wooden greenhouse is a real centerpiece in our garden. It was easy to put together with clear instructions. GreenhouseStores delivered quickly and offered excellent support during the process.

My Swallow Kingfisher greenhouse arrived today, 23rd May, exactly on time as quoted and one hour later was finished and ready to use. I am delighted with it. 6'x 8' as ordered in oiled wood; an asset to my small paved garden. Tomorrow I will begin; Tomatoes, cucumbers, salad greens, basil and other herbs, plants and flowers to grow on for house and garden. I can't wait. Thank you. Val

Set up the Vitavia Venus Greenhouse last weekendeverything from delivery to construction went perfectly. Didn’t expect it to be this easy to build. A great find for garden lovers.
