They use courier service that don’t follow instructions the item was not received by me left in front of the main door not even hidden rude staff who have no compassion

Great service. We went an iPad off for repairs. It was collected and packaged in a secure, well padded & insulated box. I was kept informed every step of the way; when it was received by the company, when the assessment was made, the full report of the works completed, what had been repaired / replaced etc. I was then given full updates as to when it was going to be returned to me. Highly recommended! Great company. Great service.

The computer was picked up and repaired within a week. Friendly guy collected it and secured it in a lockbox. Friendly, fast and efficient. Computer returned with full diagnostic check. Great job guys.

Your service was great and very quick

Daughter placed her iPad down didn’t drop it and it’s got a screen protector on it and the screen protector isn’t broken, but the screen is smashed already and it’s been a week!!

What went wrong tell me what was right ?
I had to get this I pad repaired twice within a space of a few months with the same issue. On the second repair it has taken ever so long to be returned. They used royal mail 24 hours return. But tell me why a week later the I pad has not arrived back. I had to message and call royal mail to find out where our package is. I was told to wait till the 23rd in the mean time my kid is without the i pad for uni. I don't understand they picked up the goods via DPD why didn't they send it back the same way ? Altogether so far its been 20 days since the pick up and not receiving it back. It was the same thing with the mobile I had to get repaired. I complained to sky protect and they as well didn't bother.

Speedy collection, the repair to my son’s IPAD was first class and the return of the device was just as quick turn around was just under a week.
