Ordered online, delivery was prompt. Only problem was the product was awful, completely different from what we had been getting for the last several years. One phone call sorted out a full refund and return was free of charge. All in all, a good experience customer service wise, but how they allowed such a poor product to be sold in the first place is the main reason for the 3 stars.

The only problem I have is that one of the packets of chia seeds had split in the box, not only creating a mess, but also completely wasted. This has happened before with a packet of pumpkin seeds. That aside all ok

Dried fruit and nuts
I had a heavy box of dried fruit and nuts delivered. Very healthy, will last for ages and much cheaper bought this way than in smaller portions in the supermarket.
