I had a really great experience with Grand Lumaire. Incredible customer service. I contacted them to ask about measurements and fit of a pair of boots and they were so quick and detailed in their responses, providing images, measurements, and sizing advice. Postage is not the quickest so order with time to spare, but I'd highly recommend! The boots are my favourite pair of cowboy boots to date!

The design is attractive, but the sizing runs a little small. After exchanging for another size, the fit was much better. Customer service was supportive throughout the process.

POOR QUALITY SCAM FASHION HOUSE
