My 3rd order from GQ, one of my boxes had a stick missing, Sam sent out another box immediately, and I’m very happy with the resolution. My orders have all been sent tracked 24h service and arrived the next day so far, this is probably positive action taken as some reviews have claimed there was no support for an order that did not arrive. GQ have been excellent on price point and service, and I look forward to my next order.

I have ordered several times from this company and the service has been faultless and super efficient. Their prices are very competitive, in fact the best I can find. In some cases the product has arrived the next day after placing my order. Their range of products is more extensive than all the competitors I have looked at. Have made numerous purchases from this company over the years and find their service to be first class. Slight problem with the last order being out of stock but a phone call from Sam with an apology and a swift resolution was immediately offered. Always great communication and super fast delivery. I have been a customer of GQ for many years and they have always provided the best of service, quality and price. However, this week they managed to suprise me with the best service and customer care that I have ever received from any company. I had an issue with a Savinelli pipe that I purchased in November 2023 when a fault became apparent. A quick phone call to the company, followed up with an email containing pics of the pipe was all it took to resolve the issue. Very knowledgeable and efficient Sam, quickly ( and when I say quickly, it was actually, Immediately) sent out a return label and sent me a replacement pipe. As I say, such service is incredible and thoroughly deserving of a top review. Many thanks to all the folks at GQ especially Sam.

Placed my first order with GQ Tobaccos, Really impressed with the service. Placed my order on a Monday and it was at my door the following day. Packaging was good and cigars were in good shape.

My only disappointment (hence 4 stars) was that before I placed the order I spoke to customer service and he said that all orders are shipped with humidification pack in this case it would be Boost humidity, My order was not sent with any Boost humidity. To the team at GQ Tobaccos, if you promise something please try and keep your word.

Very competitive pricing compared to other cigar sites in the UK and shipping was faster than expected. Will be returning soon!

Great company to deal with. Some of the best prices and always dispatch orders quickly. Spoke to a member of staff on the phone previously and the service was excellent.

Very poor service, they had the order 2 days from 19/04 and still awaiting shipping, I paid £4 for fast shipping and now wont ship until at least Monday 24/04

Good cigar selection, and fairly priced. However, they regularly get things wrong - you take your chances with them. They have offered compensation, but it’s not the point. A bit disappointing.

tobacco never arrived then I'm supposed to have been sent by worldpay but checked with my bank and no sign of money .
all gq tobacco say they can do no more.
for this reason I will not use them again
