I highly recommend this property company. Throughout my tenancy they have always been responsive, supportive, and genuinely helpful whenever anything was needed. The property itself has been maintained to a very high standard and any issues have been dealt with quickly and professionally. It’s been a pleasure renting through them, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking for a well-managed, quality property.

Company too financially comfortable to keep a normal standard of quality.
I believe that the property manager never came to the building. People at the reception are not wearing masks, don't care about your clients and parcels coming. Raised the issues several times. No change.
We have high level of COVID contagion in one of their building. Not expected from a group like Great Portland Estates
