I read all reviews of all companies before i join .after reading these reviews for GOTYOUCOVERED.COM i rather pay extra and go with a proper company than having issues in the future .
I will stick with my previous company Admiral Car Insurance might need to pay a annual payment instead of monthly payments but i know im in good hands and it only takes a few mins to get through to customer services to add change or add a temp vehicle on . these reviews are bad for this company sorry to say stay away

Everything was explained in an efficient, friendly manner.All questions were answered in an easy to understand way. It is an excellent service given in confidence by a friendly customer service representative.

Very efficient telephone completion of house insurance. Questions answered and further contact by the company to the underwriter to clarify points raised.
As with all insurance brokers it’s if you make a claim that you really find out how good they are.

Who knew renewing car insurance could actually be enjoyable?!

I had a really lovely conversation with Bradley S from the renewals team. He was friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely funny and so easy to talk to. He had a great sense of humour, was really relatable and made what could have been another routine insurance call feel more like a friendly chat.

Of course, he still managed to explain everything clearly, answer my questions and find me the best available quote along the way!

It’s not often you finish a conversation about car insurance smiling, but Bradley managed it!
