Il peggiore sistema di teleconference del mondo. Non funziona MAI. L'audio è pessimo, sempre disturbato. Fa veramente schifo.

I am adding to my previous review below. I have subsequently messaged via Facebook and will be receiving a full refund. I am very grateful for the response via this route.

No stars at all. poor. I have cancelled my subscription but they say I have not...even though I checked and then checked again that it was cancelled. I asked for a refund- of the incorrectly taken subscription and they will not refund. I have not used the service and I have been charged incorrectly. I am now on the phone to them for over 40 minutes ...shocking service 100%. Use another platform unless you want to be caught with charges that you shouldn't have.

No customer service through email, you have to CALL. It's an internet company, and they act like it's 1992.

OR MAYBE, they do that on purpose to discourage their customers from bothering them.

Last time I give them a dime.

I have been using them for years. For the last few months, the quality of video conference services has gone down.

GoToMeeting sell for FREE product at Companies and Companies require Pay version for support at Customers

Service qui fonctionne mais service client incompétent.

Plateforme qui vient de perdre un potentiel client suite à une très mauvaise expérience avec un service client aussi vif et compréhensif que ma grand tante sourde du Pas-de-Calais.

Sinon l'interface et la gestion des invités est sympa.

Une entreprise qui prend ses clients pour des imbéciles : lors de la création de mon compte, j'ai eu droit à une période d'essai de 14 jours pour le produit GoToWebinar.

7 jours après, on m'annonce que ma période d'essai est terminée.
En retournant sur leur site, je me rends compte qu'effectivement l'entreprise propose désormais uniquement une période d'essai de 7 jours.

Suite à cette incompréhension et ce mécontentement de ma part, je me tourne vers le service client afin d'avoir la possibilité de bénéficier de mes 14 jours d'essai, comme prévu initialement. Ma requête a été refusée.

La volonté de faire du profit est probablement plus forte que la satisfaction client.

Je déconseille cette entreprise malhonnête !

Scumbag of a company. They have been for years. Will repeat bill you when you are not aware of it and good luck trying to get your money back. They also make it very hard for you to cancel, forcing you through loops. BEWARE!!

I think this is a really solid online video platform that really fails to deliver good quality picture and sound. i cant complain after using it for 3 years. it may not be the cheapest, but if you are in sales, then reliability is the key.

I cannot recommend LogMeIn products.
- not innovative enough - copying other solutions and competitors
- bad quality and performance issues
You will have issues with all their products. (GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, GoToTraining, LastPass, Central...)

I've been trying to reach someone for 8 days to ADD services - spend more $$ and can't get a response, if that tells you anything. Just trying to find an email took 1+ hour. Their live chat was super rude and ended it when they found out I was an existing customer. I don't understand why companies stay in business if they don't want to help their customers?! Blows my mind.

Was contacted by a sales representative shortly after filling in the contact form on their website. We had a good discussion and agreed on a couple follow-up actions for them, including for example sharing the price rates for the extended list of international dial-in numbers.
Never heard of them after that, no response to my follow-up requests. Neither by e-mail, linkedin (the sales rep. had sent me a connection request), or even their contact form... Strange behaviour, would not trust.

On utilise ce programme quand ya des webinars proposé par fxglobe et ça marche très bien

Incredible bad service, Sales person wanted to sell me a year subscripsion, even after i told him its a one time set up, then he didn't want to talk to me anymore and hung up.

I still havent heard back on my email from him.

Un ottimo servizio per teleconferenze con condivisione di schermo. Ci si può collegare sia via web che via telefono da diverse nazioni, funziona benissimo sia su mac che pc. Ottimo anche il servizio clienti. Assolutamente consigliato
