I wasn't expecting that!
First time buyer at this auction and its been a huge success! The business was all done online, from condition reports on the items (very quick to respond) to online payment including shipping on won items. Then to top it all I had said items the very next day! Amazing!!

Simply excellent to deal with!
I bought 6 pieces of studio pottery at auction. The condition reports were excellent, photographs and descriptions spot on. Paid a very reasonable price for shipping on Monday evening (2/07/2026)…. Arrived this morning at 10am (3/07/2025). Packed superbly everything intact couldn’t wish for a better service.

I've been doing remote auction buying with Gorringes since 2021 (I'm located in the States). You couldn't ask for better service and communication. I have bought through this auction house three times recently. The quality of service is far superior to many others. From cataloguing right through to delivery is excellent. I know auction fees are high but in their case I feel I get value for money
