Don’t use click & collect The service at the click & collect was…
The service at the click & collect was appalling. Having waited for staff to arrive with other customers we spoke to a male staff member who said he’d get someone to serve . Another 10 minutes past and we asked another make member of staff said the same thing . Again no response
I went to the tills and asked about if a staff member could help the woman on the till tannoyed for another woman, who was already serving another customer, to attend C&C . She was apologetic for the wait. It was observed that both male staff appeared from no where and were wandering about the store but doing precious little else.

The new layout of the Warrington store…
The new layout of the Warrington store is less confusing but, as someone with walking difficult, it is difficulties to negotiate round the store and having very little options to rest. Apart from that, we liked it.
