GO Outdoors - Tamworth Bewertungen 

Just visited the tamworth store to purchase socks took 1 pair to the till and told by the person serving me that anothe pack purchased would be 1/2 price so went to get another pack when i got back my wife was waiti g by the till and she overheard one of the workers upstairs over his radio saying someone was coming downstairs with unpaid socks. I find this totaly unaceptable. To treat shoppers with dishonesty is unacecptable i do not blame the people who work in store it obviousley comes from above..also last week i ordered and payed for a coat to collect in store i paid for this on the saturday and went to collect on the monday just before i walked in the store i recieved an email saying i was refunded as item not available ..i will never use this store or any go outdoors again. Your a disgrace im not sure if i was treated this way for some other reason due to my ethnicity.

Bought a pair of walking shoes today from the Tamworth Go outdoors store.
Both Matt and Joe were involved in serving me. Both very professional, helpful, friendly and patient.

I visited the store to collect an order but also needed advice as a recommended item was unavailable .
Liam was very helpful and informative and provided alternative suggestions which I happily purchased
Great customer service wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to use

I bought a pair of Meindl walking shoes and two pairs of Bridgedale walking socks from Jacob at Go Outdoors Tamworth. He was very patient and informative while I tried on several different brands. Good service, good advice and great value.

Very pleased with the selection of walking boots available, and the expert advice received from Harley whilst deciding which ones to buy. I’m a habitual online shopper, but for this type of purchase it’s definitely worthwhile having the chance to try lots of brands out, and speak to someone who can recommend what to look out for. Very pleased with the service.

I came in to buy hiking poles and Matt came along and helped me. His knowledge of hiking was amazing and he really helped me decide on carbon or aluminium and gave me the benefits of both. After this I probably took up way too much of his time considering there was others in there but he gave me advice on many other things also, boots, bags, brands. Everything I need to get soon. I coukdnt recommend him enough, I know a bit about hiking so we had a great conversation but if you are new to it, definitely go to him, he knows his stuff

Harley was great with my son who was autistic/ADHD and wanted some new walking boots, very personable for a young lad!

today i was served by a young man called Harley, i must say i am very impressed with the service he provided, he was very kind and helpful! i would definitely recommend this store to everyone!

Went in to buy a sleeping bag for my son with no idea what I was doing. Matt was friendly and extremely helpful. He clearly explained the different options and listened to what I was looking for. Great friendly service.

I was upstairs in the store and both staff members were friendly & helpful in helping me purchase some walking shoes. Harley was particularly friendly at the tills and quickly got me signed up as a Member so that I could get my discount.
