We were looked after by Matt today. He was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products I wanted to purchase. He listened to what I wanted, and found the right product.

Matt was excellent and very knowledgable in helping me pick tent and airbed for upcoming trip.

Matt was very helpful in the footwear section. He obviously knew about the products and advised my husband on which options had a wider fitting, bringing various ones to try on. He wasn't pushy. None of them were quite right but he was able to advise which brands were most likely to fit.

Served by Alan who after I had explained that I had lost my Go outdoors card, quickly and efficiently found my address and issued me with a replacement.

The assistant Jess H knew what I wanted. She gave me time to try on the shoes. Politeness , friendly genuinely enthusiastic in her role. Very good price

I was met by Liam in the shop who asked if he could help me. And help me he did, and was so patient as I tried on numerous walking boots in various sizes. A very friendly and efficient assistant, thank you.

There is an excellent range of clothing, shoes and equipment. Matt was particularly knowledgeable and helpful in assisting my son in purchasing a pair of walking shoes.
I would highly recommend a visit.

The Tamworth store have been brilliant, very helpful and assisted me with my order and initial problem I had as much as they could. I did have to contact head office as I had a problem with my membership not showing as renewed when it had. This was sorted for me quickly. I placed my order on line as the store did not have my size in stock and all ran smoothly. I was informed that my order had been received and I would get a confirmation when I could collect my goods from the store. After a week of waiting I contacted the store direct again and was informed that my order was in store ready for collection. However, I never did receive an email from Head Office confirming my order was ready for collection. I was informed by the store that this has happened a few times recently its an IT problem.

Matt at Go Outdoors Tamworth was extremely helpful and went above and beyond when we went in to buy camping gear. He opened boxes for us, set equipment up so we could see it properly and made suggestions to help us choose which items would be best for us. Thank you Matt! 😀

A great visit to go outdoors. Spoke with Ellis and Liam, both really professional and knowledgeable about products. I purchased muck out boots. A great quality sturdy product for equestrian use. I also was looking at the inflatable canoes. A fantastic variety and really helpful polite staff. I would recommend this outlet.

I visited Go Outdoors Tamworth today with a view to buying some reclining camping chairs. There was a lovely young lady in the store who not only helped me choose the most appropriate product with a unmissable offer attached, she carried them to the till for me me as I wasn’t able to carry them myself.

The young lady’s name is Imogen and was a credit to the store. Thankyou Imogen. Top class service!
