Had relief staff in-store who didn't know were the order was, after finding order I purchased 3 other items, upon getting home I found that only 2/3 had been paid for and the 3rd had not been even put in the bag or even charged for

I enjoy going in this store the staff are nice and friendly.
Unfortunately the store is tiny you struggle to get to the items as the shop is crammed full’ also items not marked up enough I was trying women’s items on thinking it was men’s !

Saw Liam in the St.Helens Express…
Saw Liam in the St.Helens Express store, who informed me that there was a real possibility of the shop being closed down. What a negative approach, the staff in this shop are always helpful and I would have to travel all the way into Warrington or Wigan to get to a store. The people of St.Helens need stores like this to bring people into the town. Please do not close this shop down.

I had a problem with a pair of boots purchased last month. The team were amazing. I was allowed to try on a different pair. Nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone. So helpful.

Fantastic service. Plenty of choice. Got exactly what I wanted first time. I live about 10 miles from any Go Outdoors so to lose one would be a great shame - please keep it open!

A shame to see it go
Apparently, this branch is being closed down, which is a complete shame since it is basically the only place in St. Helens to get a decent pair of walking boots without needing to sell a kidney.
Staff are always nice when I go in, Katie today did a great job.
