Great service from Gareth to select waterproof shoes

I was behind a customer who was served by asst 008/or clerk 011. A young man. The customer was served and asked if he had a discount card and searching by post code the asst found he had and he got a discount. As I approached the counter he looked at me and charged me full price of £20 for my item didn't even ask if I might have a discount card which I have used many times, I was annoyed about it and as customer's were behind me I paid with my card then just as I was getting my receipt he walked away. Disrespectful staff and very unhelpful. On my birthday as well.

I saw my purchase 2 days before I actually brought it.
I compared my item with another brand and still preferred the item i brought.

A bonus for me being a veteran , was to be able to use my discount card on top of the price ,now I am going outdoor member

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Porthmadog Store, and even though it's the busiest time of the year, the experience was fantastic. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist me with my purchases. Despite the holiday rush, they maintained a cheerful and professional demeanor, making my shopping trip much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!

Porthmadog branch - I had to return some faulty boots which I had owned for around 8 months. I wasn't sure if I would be able to exchange due to how long I had used them and didn't have a receipt. Staff there made it very easy to identify my purchase and offer store credit which I was very happy with. Thanks

I was very attentively served by Hari. I'm delighted to leave this review as I haven't been served so well in a long time. He offered me product advise and was able to answer all my queries. He was able to serve other customers at appropriate times when I was trying on walking boots and return to me without me feeling any less attended to. I'm most grateful for all his attention and advise. It really made my day.
