Rucksac purchase
We visited the Oxford store today and we could not have had better service. Paul was extremely knowledgable and very helpful in advising us about a rucksack suitable for our granddaughter who is going travelling. The range, quality and value were first class but the most important aspect was the advice.

I had bought an American portable gas heater online but the flame would not ignite with a gas cannister bought the week before at Go Outdoors. Wes and Fin extremely helpful and understanding of our needs
Both Wes and Fin were extremely helpful. Wes very knowledgeable about footwear and didn't make me feel pressurised at all and offered helpful solutions to what I was asking for. Fin was equally understanding at the till when we didn't have our membership card and the till came up with a different price than we were expecting and sorted it out with a smile and a full explanation. Will definitely go back when needing something else
