Positive and knowledgeable experience
Visited the store on Saturday 21st and in all honesty all I was certain of was that my boots were old, tired and had split so I needed a new pair.
Sam was super knowledgeable around the footwear, asked questions to find out more about what I was looking for and even gave me advice on how to prolong the wear of my new boots and a reason behind why my old ones had split. He spent time discussing and making sure the boots and insoles were right for me, as well as giving me time to decide (as I can be very indecisive). The shop began to get quite busy, but Sam made sure he tended to everyone that was in. I'm happy with my purchase and thankful for the additional knowledge gained from Sam. Thank you
