Great shop with a good selection of products. Great customer service - Agnieszka was brilliant helping with advice on the items we needed.

Amazing customer service!!
While in shopping for jackets I wasn’t sure which jackets to get for my grandchildren , so I asked a lady called
Agnieszka who was very smiley cheerful if she could help & advise me on what to get .
Agnieszka chatted away the whole time while discussing the jackets , in the end I bought 4 jackets and would throughly recommend shopping in this shop .
I will be back .

The staff were quite helpful - all three that I have dealt with - and they were David, Agnieszka, and Leodhas. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and cheerful. I bought multiple items on several days and the prices were very reasonable and the membership helped a lot keep the bill down. Definitely will visit the store again when I'm in Fort William.

I phoned this Fort William GoOutdoors outlet for advice, as it is closest to where I live. About buying numerous Victorinox items, as per shown on their website. The chap I spoke with seemed quite confused or unsure, perhaps because English sounded like it wasn’t his first language? I couldn’t clearly understand him at all on the phone. Shame, as he was probably trying his best? He didn’t seem to know what Victorinox were. I thanked him, but gave up in the end. And I then phoned the Clydebank branch who were first class, knowledgeable, and most helpful. They even checked stock to see if what I wanted was present. What a difference in customer care. Drove down to the Clydebank branch of GoOutdoors the next day, and spent about £400 on Victorinox items.

The customer service from Agnes in Fort William was really helpful and attentive with recommendations on waterproof coats. Agnes kindly removed the security tags off so I could try a Mountain Experience coat on.
I very successful purchase and a pleasure. Thank you

Hello, I initially wanted to give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, after the very good service when choosing shoes. I think Olivier helped me. When I went to the checkout, everything was fine. The salesperson was nice, but next to him stood a strange girl who was meowing. It was so strange that I felt uncomfortable. That's why my final rating is unfortunately 3 stars.

Salesperson Agata was a terrific help. She was patient and knowledgeable. I was so happy to get my favourite brand of hiking boots on sale too.

Agnieszka was an absolutely amazing help, made sure I got exactly what I needed and an absolute delight to talk to!

Was not given my correct discount for an item i purchased. When speaking to manager she was rude and spoke to me in a condescending tone and did not fix this issue despite the employees efforts. Will not be returning and will sort this issue in a different store.

Waited approx 20 mins to get the guy to go get my size in sandals. This was because he was not allowed to serve anyone else in case the guy he was serving would walk out with the boots he was trying on???? This guy was decent and approx 70!! When I asked for them to just give me the sandals and disguard the box : I was told I would need to do this myself in the blue bin outside?? My friend who was also buying was told the same. The shop was quite and not busy. The guy buying the boots told us he was looking about for 5 mins trying to get someone to serve him!! I found out this is a recently opened store but they all seemed like jobs worths! Maybe they have taken all the training too literal, but think they may also be missing sales due to over cautious training or laziness. Three people at the till when we were finally paying and no-one on the shop floor!
Further jobs worth at the bin outside smoking in full uniform and drinking some sugar boost drunk does not give the impression I would want from my company 😕

I returned a faulty OEX jacket today purchased only a few months ago ... I spoke to 2 managers who I found to be quite rude & I have to say made me feel guilty for returning it ... he gave me the impression he thought it was my own fault and reluctantly agreed to exchange it for me ... I was going to make further purchases today but after this experience decided to leave the store .... I have made many purchases from this store over the last year but today I found them to be unfriendly and rude.

The young lady who served myself was very polite, helpful & friendly. What I needed was available as well.
