I am a regular visitor to Go Outdoors in Carlisle. My go to for outdoor gear. Recently I was helped by Kayleigh with advice in my purchase of Mammut walking shoes. Expensive but an investment. Kayleigh also noticed I left behind near the till a new boxed travel plug. She kept this for me and sure enough gave it back to me on my next visit. How great is that?

Excellent service from the Carlisle store. We had very helpful advice from a male member of staff upstairs in the footwear department and served by the always helpful and friendly Lesley. Good service is so important and we would highly recommend this store

Helen in the boot department was…
Helen in the boot department was amazing, i tried on many makes and sizes, her knowledge about the Boots and fit was second to none. The department was busy and Helen was on her own and she made sure everyone was seen to. Helen is a great advocate for retail and go outdoors are very lucky to have an invested employee as her.
