Fantastic staff
I am writing to say thank you to your staff for the excellent service I received in your store today.
My husband and I came in to buy a tent, and the lady who helped us was absolutely lovely. She explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure we understood our options. She was friendly, patient, and a real credit to your team.
The young lady on the checkout was equally wonderful. Her customer service was outstanding, and she was so warm and welcoming.
Sometimes people come into a store having had a difficult day, and a simple act of kindness can make all the difference. The genuine friendliness and professionalism shown by these two members of staff really brightened my day, and I wanted to make sure they received the recognition they deserve.
Unfortunately, I didn’t get either of their names, but we were in the store at around 11:30 a.m. today, so I hope that helps you identify them and pass on my thanks.
Please let them know how much their kindness and excellent customer service were appreciated.

Buying new hiking boots
Nipped into store to get some new hiking boots today and found the experience really stress free. Norman was friendly, really knowledgeable and helpful even though I needed to try multiple pairs on. Would definitely recommend

Great staff
We went to buy a tent and some camping equipment, my phone died so I couldn't use my discount. Staff offers to put my whole order to the side and let us come back for it so we didn't have to find everything again. Really nice and professional people working there, shop is well stocked up so you most likely will find what you're looking for.
