Adam and colleague were really helpful with my return, but also in helping me find the item I was hoping for in exchange. For some time now I've been looking for a technical fleece to serve as a versatile mid-layer. Very happy with my Montane Protium.

I would like to give a review regarding my recent visit to your B-head precinct store . I had reason to return a jacket which was unsuitable for me bought as a gift.i was served by your Assistant ADAM. I have to say he was so helpful, extremely pleasant and went out of his way to help me, he made me feel that nothing was too much trouble ,I came away a very satisfied customer, these days I feel good service needs to be acknowledged so thank you ADAM

I was desperately searching for a new pair of waterproof walking boots. I was unsure what make or type that I wanted.
My feet are quite broad and so it's difficult to get a comfortable fit. I was advised by Mimi, who was incredibly patient as I tried on several pairs. She was knowledgeable about the different products and understood my needs. Unfortunately, when we found the right pair, there were none in my size. Mimi advised me which stores these were available in and so, I will be buying these from Go outdoors. Excellent, friendly service - highly recommend!!!

I needed help selecting a product to repair a rip in my water repellent down jacket, Chris was very helpful in selecting the best product from their range. Very friendly and helpful staff who know their stuff

Adam was very helpful pointing out relevant information to enable me to make the best choice on buying trainers and boots. Very easy to talk too and very positive about his work. I was served by Chris. He was a lovely man who help my wife in a wheelchair concerning a waterproof blanket for her legs. He said they were upstairs, but he went and got the products for us. He was very helpful and also noted that we were military veterans and told us we could get discount. A very Wonderful shopping experience.

Had to change some presents for smaller sizes, no receipt, son never keeps them. Chris and Abbie went above and beyond to trace the account they were bought on, changed them out for me, no problem. Much appreciated

We recently visited the store to buy some walking boots for me. We were served by Adam who was extremely helpful. I tried on several pairs and Adam made me feel very comfortable in taking my time to decide which boots felt right, he didn't rush me to make a decision at all. I was very impressed with his customer service, he's a really nice guy and very good at his job. Thank you Adam.
