Tyrell and Ryan were super helpful today. My son is doing bronze DofE so we needed walking boots, backpack and lots of other paraphernalia. They directed us to the best options and took the time to make sure we were happy with our purchases.

New walking shoes
Tyrell was really helpful and knowledgeable when I enquired about new walking shoes. He also offered arch support insoles that I could try on with the shoes. He checked the website as well for different colours that weren’t available in store. Whilst I didn’t buy today would certainly return. Thanks Tyrell.

Just popped in to the Bedford store to look at tents. Jay was super knowledgeable and helpful. He spent time with us talking through our requirements and the best options. We valued his input. We are very happy with our selection. Great prices for members too.
Sammy was also very pleasant to deal with on the till. All in all very good customer service, and a great range of products on offer.

Went there for advice on a roof box
Went there for advice on a roof box, the store assistant Jay was excellent he let us put out our suitcase in our preferred box before purchase to make sure it fits, he suggested we remove it from the packaging so we could transport home. Then helped us put it in the car. What I nice chap!

Once the problems with my Members…
Once the problems with my Members Card.registration had finally been sorted out, the Navitas Scout 2.0 coat arrived quickly.
The cost is good - don't know why they had to change the spec. It does what it says on the tin!
