Excellent service and value.
I previously purchased two merino long sleeved base layers, to compare and contrast different brands. It turned out that the considerably cheaper one was far better quality! I returned the more expensive one and received an instant full refund. I recently went back to buy the same top for my partner, and the leggings for myself. Your assistant Brad could not have been more helpful, and ordered the top for delivery to store. Today I received the notification that it was ready to collect, and my other half is now considerably more cosy than she was! Many thanks Go Outdoors, and Brad in particular.

Jeremy served me today and was incredibly helpful. I had a tough time picking boots but it was no trouble for him going to the stock room repeatedly to get different boots and sizes.
Would recommend this store, clean, tidy and very well stocked, with helpful informative staff.

Ben was amazing,he took the time to search out the boots my son wanted and didn't just brush us off when they weren't on the right shelf,he offered an alternative and went looking again, he finally found them and made my sons day when he handed them over.
