the staff where really help full as my click and collect confirmation email had not arrived and it was close to shutting down for the day I showed them my order number and made my order up and when leaving their order confirmation arrived

Excellent knowledge and incredibly helpful
I was looking for a pair of quality winter hiking boots. The range available was good and varied but thanks to the knowledge of the lady in the shop I found the perfect pair of boots. It took about 30 minutes trying and discussing the various options. It was so nice to be looked after by someone so helpful and knowledgeable. Very diffent from the previous shop. This is now my goto outdoor specialist.

We purchased two pairs of binoculars from ayr store the staff were very helpful and had a great sense of humour their hand gestures for testing distance of binoculars we very much appreciated and would recommend this store to anyone staff very friendly and great knowledge of products

Excellent customer service
Popped in to this store today to get some hiking socks, staff very friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. So refreshing to see this and staff who looked happy at their work. Thrilled to see they offer blue light discount when many other retailers are bowing out. Keep up the good work, I will be back soon.
