Very good service i will recommend & use again

Had an issue with a batch of crisps which was rectified within 24 hours, very impressive. Although delivery was delayed the first time it was clear that the company are doing everything they can to keep customers happy. I will certainly use them again and wish them well.

Took 11 days from date of paying to bring delivered, emailed several times for update on dispatch, no reply to any emails.
Product eventually arrived and well packaged just a shame poor customer service and very slow delivery

I ordered two items of multiple quantities. The wrong quantity arrived for one item with two bottles broken. For the other, it was the wrong item. I have contacted the company twice, but have not received a response.

As an update, I received a call from the company following the above comment. I believe they genuinely want to offer good customer service, but have had some operational difficulties. I received the missing and damaged products with a free item. I have therefore updated my rating and will have no reservations to buy again from them in the future. I can only increase my rating to what I experienced this time around, but would be pleased to offer a higher rating in the future. Otherwise, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I ordered some coffee beans on 3rd September. The price was competitive. By 10th I had received nothing other than confirmation of the order. I emailed and received an out of office response with details of 2 alternative emails to use. I emailed the alternative but with no response at all. On 15th I rang. No response from the phone. I’m dubious about whether I will ever receive my order and whether I will be refunded

Placed an order on 31/08. Still not received (or dispatched) by 08/09 so sent an email and received out of office messages from two different accounts. Called the office and spoke with a guy who had no clue what he was doing. Explained first of all they were short staffed, then that the items ‘might be out of stock’ hence the delay. Saying he didn’t need my order number, just my name, he confirmed all items would be sent that day and would arrive the day following. By 10/09 and still no arrival I called again. Spoke with a different guy who was marginally more helpful, but couldn’t confirm if my order had been dispatched or not but he would get it out that day. Advised I wasn’t interested and I just wanted a refund. He agreed to do this, but who knows!

My advice would be do not under any circumstances order from this ‘company’

Edit 13/09/21 Following this review, I was contacted by another member of staff from Goodness Direct, who had read this review and wanted to assure me he was posting my order that day with some extras in. I have now received the order, with some extras put in but I won’t be deleting this review as requested. I have already received two calls from this person this morning, whilst at work which I find to be harassing and unprofessional. I will not be doing any further business with this company and if the proprietor is reading this, please stop calling me!

I ordered some oat milk, however, the box arrived damaged and one of the milk cartons had broken and leaked over the delivery. I emailed GoodnessDirect, but no reply. I won't use them again, plenty of other companies who provide the same products but who will rectify (or at the least reply) to redress issues. They weren't even that cheap.

Easy to order what I was after, delivered within a couple of days, and 10% off for first order... All good

Good prompt service. Nice touch throwing in tea bags. Didn't enjoy unwrapping 18 bottles of individually wrapped biona lemon bottles. What happened to the nice boxes of six?
