Absolute Scammers. Please stay away. Paid for a franchise and goods which never got delivered. They are coperate scammers. After defrauding us, they went into liquidation in order for us not to get anything back but they are still in business.. if you know what is good for you, run far away from Laban Roomes. He his a FRAUD. We paid like £35,000 for the franchise that has gone down the drain now.

Alot of sales are done though their website that you don't have access too and they don't share the profits or even let you know about your sales....total scam!!!

Sent Goldgenie a skull ring I'd bought but it turned my finger green. They plated it and I'm very happy with the result - two year warranty too. Pity I can't upload a photo as it looks like a solid gold ring now!!

Had the pleasure of dealing with Marcus recently as I wanted my gold ring re-plated.

Very good system for making the order as it’s all automated so you know every step of the way what’s happening.

Delivered a few days later and ring looks good as new.

Excellent Goldgenie

Quality drops since last releases. So the quality of golden iPhones was way way more better as it is nowadays. We had a couple of phones from last batch and all had problems. I believe some parts are not original apple and that’s why quality is lower nowadays. Please fix this and we will be happy customers again.

I recently customised a couple of items from Goldgenie and I found their customer service to be excellent!

Goldgenie was good a few years ago. Nowadays they are just garbage. Super low quality on products. The gold hardly keep longer as a week. The iPhones aren’t even assembled correct and have some gap on the corners. You even can look inside. So it’s more like a 30$ Chinese replica iPhone as some luxury product. Replacement take months so please stay away from this place. I bought 2 phones and both are just super poor quality

I just received my rosegold IphoneX today from goldgenie。honestly i was shocked ...the Phone was covered with dust...the coating or the outer layer edge was not smooth at all and the color ... was lackluster (we all expect it to be shiny)....and it took two and half months to make and deliver

Many Company failed due to late delievery in online delievry market. Gold is one of them whose delievery is on time and there services are not end till delievery there there services are also after sale. I and my friend prefer Gold genie at online Gold Plated mobile market.
