100% worst flooring I have seen or used!
DOES NOT snap together at any angle!
Joints break apart..shread, chip, crack..
NOT USER FRIENDLY in any way
WHAT EVER was not used is returned the rest is tossed!!

Very very bad product … Costco reimbursed me 300$ out of the 1500 I paid .. floor is installed and will have to remove and start over . The wooden part is les the 0.005 mm thick. Breaks cracks extremely bad experience ….. the company claims no part in all this and have been no help

So we just finished installing Golden Select Sandstone in our downstairs family room and bedroom. It looks amazing. also we ran short and the support team was able to help us receive what we needed to finished the job. Very satisfied.

Garbage 🗑️ flooring. Had laminate floors in my homes for over 27 years. Had this flooring professionally installed and within a years it was peeling. Golden select sent out a certified inspector and said it was installed improperly and not a manufacturer issue but it seems everyone who installs this floor has the same issue. Save your money and go with a different company

Purchased this floor cost me over £1200 from costco. As said on the box waterproof, heavy duty for commercial use. Fast forward not even 1 year the floor is peeling from the board underneath. I contacted costco who got in touch with golden select. They sent someone out to prepare a report. Low and behold he came back with because the kitchen island was laid ontop on the floor this was the reason for the damage.

The floor is peeling in different parts of the house.
How is this floor classed as commercial use if you cannot lay a kitchen island ontop

Would agree with previous reviews, completely garbage and will need to be replaced within 1-2 years of it being fitted.

Also agree the flooring is trash, ours are blistering in multiple places. The advertising on the floor shows images of soaking wet floors that withstand moisture for 24 hours and described as waterproof. The terms say the floor is not waterproof and doesnt cover blistering. Bunch of marketing liars.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS FLOORING
Installed around 50 sq metres in hall,lounge and dining area. Big mistake.
If won't tolerate any water that gets close to the joints, not even a slight spillage thag is cleaned up immediately.
Certainly wouldnt install the AC4 type, maybe the AC5 rated flooring is better.
There guarantee terms do not cover damage caused by water in any form, which tells you just about everything

Installed Golden Select laminate flooring throughout my entire house, then tried to contact the UK arm of the company to get the dimensions of the t-mouldings before purchasing.

Several emails later and I've had no response. To add to that I've now discovered that the t-moulding to match my flooring has been discontinued on their Website.

Non-existent customer service - you're on your own if you decide to buy Golden Select products!
