I had the pleasure of working with Huascar Sime and his team from Alterra Home Loans. Huascar and his team were extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout this entire process. It's incredibly stressful purchasing a new home and his team instilled a lot of confidence throughout the procedure. After working with different lenders, I'm extremely grateful to have the pleasure of working with this team. They are hands down the best of the best.

I rarely post reviews, but this team's customer service is top tier and needs to be recognized. The team's constant communication made me feel at ease buying my first home. If you are shopping for a lender, I wouldn't look elsewhere. This is THE team you want to work with.

We highly recommend Rios Family Way to anyone looking to buy a home. We have a unique seasonal business and had 2 other loan officers that tried to get us pre-approved. They both had a hard time and ended up leaving us hanging. When we contacted Joshua and Angelica they got to work right away. They were able to get us pre-approved very quickly. They were in constant communication, honest and timely. They made a very stressful process a lot easier. I cannot say good enough things about this family. They care about their customers and that is something that is hard to come by these days. If you are looking to buy a home Josh and Ang are the ones you want on your side.

The Biggest Hassle & Run-around ever!!!

This company will make you feel some type of way...lack of communication & updates following misleading info on the Pronto Plus app. Tony Burnett was a replace to G.Jackson who I was assigned to in the first place. Never heard from him and it was a game of goose chase getting Tony to communicate. I did the USDA eligibility screen and was determined eligible and was rejected a loan on claims they did FHA pre-screen before they send to an underwriter. My score & income is well within USDA approval range!!! As matter of fact the house I wanted got took off the market during the process so I believe it was a cover up and they could have let me pick another house in the range I qualify for.
