I’m a first time customer and I regret shopping at GNC. I purchased products online and 9 week days later no email saying my order would be late after they advertise 5-7 days shipping. When I called they told me I have to wait 10 days before they can file a complaint. I will not be a return customer. After reading all the reviews which I should have done before I ordered anything. I see that they don’t care about there customers for reason one they don’t even reply to any of the reviews with an apology and two if a company is getting bad reviews about the same thing don’t you think they would try to fix the problem

I have been a loyal customer of GNC for as long as I can remember. I know what supplements work for me and the local store is close to me. But the past three times I have gone in the person working has tried to talk me out of the protein powder and pre-workout I use into something he thought was better. Even going so far to tell me what I was buying was “crap.” I’m done with GNC. Just do your job and sell stuff. Save your comments for somebody who hasn’t been training longer than you have been alive!

Website says nothing about closing for lunch so when I arrived there was a paper sign and locked doors. I still waited and when they showed up they opened the doors and worked the store without a mask on even though they say masks required. Customers I can understand not wearing one but the store employees should. Prices are excessively high and they were out of the products I wanted. Store employee was rude and expressed annoyance at me even though I only asked for 1 item.

I placed an order for an item, and added a $10 separate item I didn't need to meet the threshold to avoid shipping and handling fees.

Within minutes I received a notice that part of my order (the part that I wanted to actually buy) was cancelled because it was out of stock. I tried to go online to cancel the remainder of my order, as it is still processing.

Instead of being able to cancel the order (That presumably hasn't event made it to an order-processing center), I am told I must now wait for the other product to come in person so I can take it to an in-store location for a refund - completely defeating the purpose of ordering online in the first place.

Do not order online from GNC - and don't expect their support team to be able to offer any kind of useful help.

I ordered $80 of Megaman Vitamins from GNC online and they never arrived. Their customer service was unwilling and unable to resend or refund the money. I had to call the credit card company to stop payment.

I opened two cases on GNC's website. All I got was frustration.

bought two bottle of papaya enzyme and a Ener C multi pack. Because of covid 19 and being high risk I am staying at home so I ordered online. The two bottles of papaya enzyme they sent me were about to expire in 4 months (September 2021). The Ener C multi pack is the same with expiry soon (September 2021). I tried contacting customer service. Long story short they will not send a replacement to the about to expire products. I am so disappointed. I sent back the items and now I am out by $22.00 due to shipping. I will never buy anything from GNC ever because GNC ships about to expire products. Buyers beware! Look somewhere else.!

GNC.... missing item in my order....very slow shipping/delivery way overprice GNC price $22.xx Walmart $8.xx Called GNC they told me I have to go to a GNC store to have the price compared..... I told them all they have to do is go to Walmart site to verify the price they told me that's the only way I could get the price adjusted..... I TOLD GNC I WILL BE CANCELLING MY ACCOUNT........ Hendersonville Tn,is ran by a guy store manager who looks like Newman on Seinfeld or better yet the revolting blob from Billy Madison same actor rude and racist unprofessional and incompetent,would NOT wait on me as he was sexually harassing a lady in the store and his name is jason!the franchise is ran by a man named Rex who is arrogant in demeanor and believes his people are wonderful and can do no wrong he runs a store in spring hill tn Gallatin tn and the Hendersonville Tn where my encounter happened!the man would not wait on me or help me with any of my questions or concerns and when I addressed my concerns to Rex he acted untouchable and like he was all that and I told him I was NOT impressed and that corporate would hold him and his people accountable!I am in the military and he said the military can take their business elsewhere he did not care and was extremely disrespectful to me and said he did not work for me which once again shows how ignorant of a fool he is and it's sad!I will see to it all the people I know will no longer shop at any GNC stores nationwide meaning military until someone from a high corporate level address them!as for now I will post my review!so ladies if you don't want to be sexually harassed and if you guys and girls and military personnel want to get appreciation and good service!avoid Rex the franchise owner in Tn and the store manager Jason in Hendersonville Tn at all costs and go to their competitors!thanks much!

Ordered lean shakes and cases of alani drinks on March 17th. It's been almost a month and my order is still processing not even shipped. They refuse to cancel my order and also refuse to let me speak to someone higher up. They lie and say something different each time I call. They've told me it shipped that I should receive it within 2 days its been 14 days since they told me that. Then yesterday they say it's never been shipped! Did my research and GNC was bought and moved to China in 2020..... so do not order from here ever!!!!

I placed an order on their website. It took GNC 2 weeks to ship 1 of my 2 items ordered. After 2 weeks, they canceled one of the items out of no where. I sent multiple messages to them, from their website. But never got a response from them. It's been almost a month now and I still never got a response. After a week of my order not shipping, I went out to multiple stores to find what I needed. And I did not need my gnc order anymore. Never heard back from them. Poor customer service. Slow service. If you are planning on taking daily supplements, do not trust them to get you n the items on time. Other companies that sell the same kind of things, understand we need our orders and ship out quickly. Not GNC.

I have contacted customer service twice regarding my Lean Shake 25 order number 200004819687 that was not in a box when delivered. My last call was in the afternoon on 03/26/2021. The customer service representative didn't offer a satisfactory resolution; therefore, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The representative told me the supervisor's response would be the same as his. I told him I still wanted to speak with a supervisor. He placed me on hold for about 5 minutes then returned to the call and told me he was still working on getting a supervisor. He then asked if it would be okay if he placed me on hold for two minutes; I said yes. Once he returned to the call the third time he asked the previous question again, and I said yes, but the representative never returned to the call. I was on hold for 40 minutes before I disconnected the call. At this point it was obvious the representative never intended for me to speak with a supervisor. This is unprofessional and shameful.

Their online ordering is the worst. Zero communication, half order shows up late. Called to see what happened with the other half. You get a call center in India that gets you going in circles. If you want their products, order on Amazon or go to the actual store. DO NOT ORDER DIRECT

You should sell meal prep, not just products for fitness. Been dealing with you a long time, step it up

I usually buy from Amazon.i figured I'd order right from gnc this time.my order is still processing after 5 days.then they told me that requesting a cancellation is no guarantee and to wait for an email to see if my cancellation was granted.lession learned.order from Amazon.i will never order from gnc online again.it would have been here in 24-48 hours from amazon

So I went to GNC in hopes in finding a good diet supplement. First of all the lady acted like she didn’t even want to come to me to help me. I asked for a natural pill and she didn’t have much to say. I just picked a pill that I thought would work. She couldn’t even tell me if it was a good one. I expected for her to show me several pills and give information about them. Basically she wasn’t knowledgeable and was stand offish. She served absolutely no purpose. I wish I had her name. Don’t want to go there again. 😞

DON'T USE GNC, THEY LIE ABOUT EVERYTHING!! I Placed My Order For Sour Apple Reign Energy Drinks Through GNC Around 2/18/21 and It Was Under A Promotion Buy 1 Get 1 Free!! So I Pushed Their Buttons And Added 4- 12 Can Cases Of Sour Apple Reign And It All Added Up And Said I Ordered 4 Cases Of Them. I Paid The Price That It All Added Up To and It Said My Order Went Through and I Paid For 4- 12 Can Cases Of Sour Apple Reign! So When I Went To Get Them At My P.O. Box There Was Only 2 12 Packs?? On The Top of Their Packaging They Are Marked 3 of 10 and 4 of 10?? I Called GNC and Was Told I Only Paid For 2 Cases And They Would Send Me The Other 2 Free Out Now!! I Said No I Paid For 4 12 Pack Cases and Should Have Received 4 Free!! They Replied No You Only Paid For 2 Cases and Are Eligible For 2 Free!! I Paid I Think $68 Something, That's What Came Up On Your End When I Put My Order In and It Still Shows On My Original Order Form That I Ordered 4 12 Pack Cases??? I Can't Help What The Amount Came Up To!!! They Said It Should Have Come To $119 Something?? So I Said Ok Then If That's The Case I'll Just Pay The Balance of What You Are Saying And Then You Can Send Me The Rest Of My Reign Drinks?? NOPE!! They Wouldn't Do It Because They Already Sent The Other 2 Free One's and They Can't Do Anything Else On That Order??? I Was So Upset I Was Crying And Told Them That I Would NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! GNC has the worst online service ever. I was set up on auto ship and the orders were either incorrect or the charges came through to my account all times of the month. So I cancelled the auto ship. Then, I ordered items online that were never sent. But GNC charged my account the same day I made the order. When I contacted customer service, they didn't even show the items were sent. Even though their website said the order had been shipped as of the date after the order was made. I will never order from GNC online again...their service SUCKS!

72 hours to “process” orders before shipping. Pathetic

Placed a BOGO order however for some reason the second item did not go through. I contacted customer service regarding this and they made everything complicated and refused to provide a cancellation, refund or order edit. They told me several different ways to try to return the item however they made it complicated to a point where t it was useless to try to return it as it would end up costing more money. Their system and ordering is flawed and needs to be reviewed.

This item is awesome!

the Digest (Enzymes) helps me to digest my food intake. Before I was feel bloated but when I take this, it boost my metabolism and I feel lighter the whole day.

I highly suggest to use this supplement!
