I am so very disappointed in GNC
I am so very disappointed in GNC, they make these flavors, (cookie Butter Lean shake) then they discontinue them. This is the only flavor of the ready made shakes that I loved to drink. I am so upset that this flavor is no longer available in my area, Virginia. I would buy 2-4 cases at a time which was weekly while they lasted. I no longer shop at GNC because I don't like the flavors that are available.
How hard is it to get an answer? Extreemly.
I've used gnc for years now. If you buy in store its no hassle. If you attempt to get an order delivered it is a nightmare. I place a large order ($660 dollars is large to me) and only half of the order showed up. I have spent 2+ weeks contacting customer service for no result at all. I keep getting told that a replacement is coming and that I will receive an email. I have called 4 times letting them know I haven't received notification and the customer service never knows what order im talking about like I had never called in before. Do not order from them. Go to vitamin shop.

What a horrible company!! I keep getting these junk mail flyers to my house that are for someone who has never lived here. If you call their "Customer Service" line, of course you get an off shore call center located in a third world, underdeveloped, uneducated country where the operators barely speak, let alone understand English. When you tell them that you want the junk mail to stop, you are told that they don't know how to do that and if you have the audacity to ask for a supervisor, they simply hang up the phone.

I ordered 4 items online and only received 1
(not cheap either almost $300) fed ex tracking claimed it was delivered but wasn't. I sent gnc customer service proof that the delivery was never made screen shots with time stamps of my security footage showing no fed ex truck or delivery driver on my property after over a week of gnc customer service claiming they would resolve this and issue a refund nothing happened. 2 weeks go by no refund no replacement and they sent an email saying if the package was stolen call the police we can't help you. This is unacceptable not only could I prove with video evidence that my packages were never delivered, they would not even attempt to make this right by shipping replacements I will never order from gnc again.

Will Take Your Money then Fail to Supply You With What You Paid For
I was a Pro Member last year, but now I actively no longer use GNC. I've sough support several times over several issues, such as only recieving 1 Pro Box in an entire year, and only recieving 1 flyer in the mail about a sale/pro days. Furthermore their support on the email and phone to help were inefficient, and lacked any reasonable help. Thirdly, when I went to the local GNC's and a product was sold out I asked for when the restock would arrive, or if I could be notified, yet that was too difficult. In summary, I paid to be a pro member, and all I got was a flyer in the mail, and a box with some cheap bands and two packets of 1 serving samples that aren't even enough to test the product.

This is what happened to me:
After I ordered online yesterday, I got an email informing me to pick up at the store.
1. They never informed me there was something they didn't have enough inventory. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been there (wasting time to pick up).
2. After they made this mistake, I showed the man in the store the email "Your order is ready for pickup!" and told him there was a mistake since the items in the bag didn't match with my order. Then, he just told me in a rude way "go to call the customer service". I said, "this is caused by GNC, not me. It should be your job to contact them to find out what is the issue". Then, he went away and didn't apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.
3. Then, I decided to cancel the order and contact customer service to cancel the order. The person replied "I have submitted a request to attempt to cancel your order, this is not a guarantee"! It is ridiculous that I ordered it yesterday, and I cancelled the order due to their problems inside GNC, and then they said they couldn't guarantee the order could be cancelled!
4. After I argued with them, they revenged me and didn't give me my refund and the customer service staff cheated me multiple times and told me they already released the refund to me and it was due to the bank's fault that the bank has been holding the money. Robbery!
5. They wouldn't give you your reward points automatically for stuff you purchased, unless you contact the customer service, and then they will add it for you.
Be CAREFUL! Due to the facts, I WOULD NEVER trust their products. Just look at the poor management and poor customer service! Will you trust a business like this? They are a group of cheats!!!

Their vitamins started to cause me panic attacks!!!! it started with just one nerve on my arm hurting turning to all of my muscles spasming and causing me hardness to breathe after one month!!! Now after 3 years later I still have symptoms and will have to take antidepressants for next year to balance out my brain hormones!!! Now i experience constant panic attacks, all over muscle pain, nerve pain and gastritis, vomiting, inability to eat anything.Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered from GNC on January 2..once they shipped my item they changed the delivery date 3 different times. My package was suppose to be delivered January 7. I received and email staying that my package was delivered ( January 6) at 1:05 p.m. I work from home and never seen the fedex truck come by. So I check around my apartment complex and it's no package. I call fedex and the lady got smart and told me to contact the shipper which is GNC. I proceeded to contact GNC and explain my situation and the rep told me that basically it's nothing they can do about my package either re-ship it or refund me my money. At this point I'm pissed because nobody is telling me where my package is. All he kept saying is I'm sorry ma'am over and over. And offered me 150 points which equals 5 dollars. What can you buy in GNC with that. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he tells me that it's nothing his supervisor can do and refused to get him. So I had to tell him that I'm a supervisor so I know he is lying. Two seconds later his supervisor is now available lol. His supervisor was very rude and wouldn't let me talk. He tried to tell me that the package is probably lost in transit. How is a package that says delivered lost in transit. So after going back and forth with him explaining that I want a refund and my package re-delievered. He started with the I'm sorry crap at this point I'm ready to reach thru the phone. I will never ever order or give GNC another one of my hard earned times. I hope the company goes bankrupt their customer service is the worst.

In 12/24/21 I purchased an online order . GNC charged split the payment into two. One payment posted other purchase of the total pending which brought my account overdraft and the wrong amount still pending. I called customer service and was treated so disrespectful. I explained that the pending charges needed adjusted due to partial payment has posted. Today 12/29/21 I still have the pending charges of the total amount and then they charges my account twice for the split payment and total payment . Now I have three charges from GNC. I have sent emails to the Customer service as they requested. They offer me 300 points which is not going to solve the extra charges. I waited for 53 min to speak with a supervisor. I’ve called my bank and was told that pending charge will post tomorrow. So I’m that case, the two transactions that totaled my balance and the pending charge…. GNC will get both payments which means I was charged twice . Nothing was never resolved here and I will advise not to order anything from online. I’ve been dealing with this for two days and spoke with three representatives. One unhappy customer!

The pro boxes have tanked in quality over the past 2 years making them almost worthless, no fault of GNC but who ever ships their packages handles them too rough, I've gotten exploded cans, jars spilled out everywhere etc... while I like there products moving to almost fully online and closing half their stores has made getting your supplements 10x harder, and almost forces you to subscribe to reoccurring shipments, which sometimes won't ship on time and you're left with nothing but consistent money gone every month and no consistency in the supplements you get
