I love the Gloved hand wash, body wash and hand lotion.
It's very frustrating that you have to subscribe. I'm forever subscribing and then having to unsubscribe straight away. These companies always make it hard to unsubscribe, too.
I do like the scents, though, so I decided to try the diffuser. Huge disappointment. I just can't smell it at all. I turn the reeds regularly. I usually use Valentte diffusers which are very strong so I tried some of the Valennte reeds in the Gloved diffuser to see if that helped and it didn't They are expensive diffusers so you would expect a pleasant smell and I've had the diffuser in my hall and not smelled it once!
It's also frustrating how often they are out of stock of products.
As I said, I really like the soap and body wash, and I order regularly, but the number of times the products I want to order are out of stock is annoying.
If I subscribed, I might get the stock, but since I use different amounts each month —sometimes more, sometimes less —I don't want to commit to a subscription.
I feel a bit mean leaving a 2-star review when I love the hand and body wash, but the other issues mean I just can't go above that, unfortunately.

After smelling the Cedarwood hand soap in a restaurant, I knew I wanted to purchase it for our bathroom at home. My boyfriend and I loved the scent and once we finished the standard pump bottle, I immediately ordered the larger refill. Frustratingly, it was never delivered and having emailed the customer service team twice with no response, we will definitely not be ordering from this company again. It's a real shame as we loved the brand and product but knowing that there is no support if something goes wrong has left us disheartened.

I initially ordered the cedarwood starter kit and recurring subscription, along with the petitgrain shower gel.

The cedarwood smell is very strong, but not unpleasantly so. Unfortunately, for the amount of money the product cost the result was more than disappointing. My hands have become significantly more dry since using it and after discontinuing use and returning to high street brands they again improved. I would not recommend the hand wash/moisturiser for anyone with dryness or eczema. Better, cheaper brands are available.

I enjoy the smell of the body wash and overall have no complaints about it beyond that it's very expensive and no better than cheaper alternatives.

Emailed but no response from them.

Total scam. They said they mailed my package but no one can find it. They never even offered to send out a new order. I was the one who always had to follow up. Now have to fight the credit card company to get my money back.

What a fantastic find honestly!
I ordered to start with the Soft Nude hand wash and moisturiser set to give them a try, I got a travel bottle of hand sanitizer with the set. Myself and my family have been using the soap and moisturiser for 4 weeks now and it is fabulous, I was cautious about my children using it (my little girl gets eczema and certain products can trigger a reaction) this has not triggered at all and we all use it multiple times a day which is great as I didn’t want to buy separate ugly soap to put along side this my children have luxury too.. today I’ve just placed another order for the body set in the same Soft Nude and Cederwood for my oldest son. Absolutely brilliant please don’t ever change!!

Fantastic products with a great range of type and power of scent. It makes a huge difference to the texture of the skin on my hands as well. The Caedarwood range is a powerful smell, Petigrain is middle power and soft nude is gentle. All the scents are sophisticated and heavenly though.
I love the smell of the aesop mandarin hand wash but I find it leaves my hands dry. This brand is a great replacement.
Customer service is also excellent. I have ordered a few times from them but the most recent time the product arrived damaged. After contacting customer services and sending over evidence they sent out a new one that arrived the next day!

I know this hand care regime is at the higher price point - so it may not be the choice for all… nor something everyone could just have every month but I couldn’t will say …. When you order it and it arrives….. it ls quality stuff. The bottles are glass and heavy and the boxing and packaging are like gold embossed blotting paper. It has that high end apothecary/ hotel feel. The smells remind me of childhood and bring me a moment of sensory peace at hand wash time. The cedar wood is not fusty it is fresh and fruity with a citrus and maybe slightly oudy tone in my view. I ordered the cedar wood starter kit and have not been disappointed the smell….. is strong and wonderful smells delicate but powerful and it is a nice thick consistency. I also got a 1litre refill. The glass bottles come in 375 ml which is generous especially for the cream. The hand cream claimed to sort out dry skin and had ingredients that actively work to restore hands. — for me it has. After just two days I am seeing the results. Scent. 5. Results 5. Bathroom elevation and comments 5 presentation 6! Great delivery and bundles available. I am looking forward to trying the soft nude. Lovely product. I will be trying out more treat for myself. Well done this company!

I got a headache immediately after washing my hands. It may be an intolerance to the cedarwood, but I don't know for sure if it's that or something else in their product. I can't use the moisturizer either which is what makes me think it's the cedarwood. The scent is ridiculously strong. For something you'd use multiple times a day, it is overpowering. I've never had a problem with soap before. Very odd. I contacted Gloved, but they've said I can't get a refund because they say the bottle was opened and therefore can't be resold, but obviously I wouldn't know that it gives me a headache without opening the bottle. Legally they only have to give a refund if multiple people are having the same problem, but not if it's solely one person's problem. It's to their discretion as to whether they give you your money back unless proven otherwise. If I am the only person with an issue, however, that means I'd be their only refund, so I'm kind of surprise that they're not giving me one. They offered 20% off to try a different product, but why would I buy more of their products if they could also potentially give me a severe headache. I'm curious, does anyone else have an issue with these products or is it just me...
