I only put 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. This is the worst company I've literally ever dealt with my entire life. I ordered bulk flowers for a funeral, they took the money from my account then red flagged my order and refused to ship it because they said I was not myself, went back and forth for 3 days giving them a ton of personal info via email about the order, they wanted to know every detail including asking why I needed the flowers, frankly that is absolutely none of their business. 3 days of back and forth nonsense AFTER they took my money, all for them to just cancel the order on me and I needed them for a funeral service that's in less than a week now because they wasted my time and refused to ship flowers I ordered and paid for. Absolutely do not reccomened these people. And then on top of that, they canceled my order and had the audacity to tell me to re order but use PayPal to pay instead. Absolutely not. This company is a scam and it is trash.

My Global Rose Review

For the most part we were reasonably satisfied. My shipment was divided into 5 FedEx tracking numbers. Two of the tacking numbers arrived on the scheduled arrival date. The other 3 arrived one day after the scheduled due date, because they were stuck in Custom's. Fortunately we allotted for the extra day delay. The most disappointing thing about the shipment was that we ordered 200 white roses, and about 40% of them were Garden Roses, not high quality Florist Roses. We also ordered 40 Premium White Hydrangea Flowers, about 7 of the 40 were not usable, they were already wilting. We ordered 30 Stems of Baby's Breath Gypsophilia, they came in two bunches, and one of the bunches never opened even after placing them in water, they were very dry. My professional florist, who did the arrangements for us was hoping to use Global Rose for her business in the future, but after her seeing the 40% of Garden Roses in the shipment, not quality florist roses, she was very disappointed, and will not be using Global Rose in the future.

Roses

The roses were beautiful and stayed fresh for our son"s wedding. The baby's breath did not arrive on time. I was unable to use it as I was traveling the day after delivery date. Money wasted as I had to buy more elsewhere.

Regarding the baby’s breath, we understand how frustrating it must have been not to receive it on time. While 99% of our orders are delivered on the requested date, occasional delays of up to 24 hours can happen due to weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances during transit. FedEx and UPS are the most reliable carriers in the industry and strive to meet all delivery deadlines, but such rare delays are unfortunately out of our control.

As stated in our policy, Global Rose does not issue credits or refunds for deliveries that arrive within 24 hours of the scheduled date. We truly appreciate your understanding and thank you again for choosing us for such an important occasion.

Roses were extremely small and not near…

Roses were extremely small and not near their size advertised and did not look like the photo “wedding roses” however the company did correct the issue with compensation. If you’re going to order roses, you need to know the actual type you’re ordering instead of just a generic Rose so you are aware of the size you’re supposed to get. Lesson learned.

Pretty but not as good a quality as I was hoping.

The flowers arrived on time. They were not stored in any sort of moisture/water which made the petals a little brown. The blooms opened up in time our event, but I was a little disappointed in the quality. Definitely glad I ordered these to deliver 2 days before the event. I ordered these for a large 50th wedding anniversary party. I wouldn’t recommend for something as formal as a wedding, but the quality is okay for pretty much anything else.

Most of the roses were great and were in good condition. The petals on light pink color were brown on the edges. They looked several days old. The other colors of the flowers were in beautiful condition and looked perfect.

Thank you for your feedback. Some roses have green guard petals that may look wilted or have dark edges. This is natural, and those petals often have brown or black borders.

You can gently remove them as your roses start to bloom to reveal their full beauty.
