I had an outstanding experience with Global Glass! The technician arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He worked efficiently, completed the job quickly, and the quality of the work was excellent.

It's refreshing to find a company that values punctuality, professionalism, and customer service the way Global Glass does. The entire process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I couldn't be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend Global Glass to anyone needing glass repair or replacement services.

Medi did a fantastic job. The mirror had to be replaced on site given its size & weight. His workmanship was amazing and response times too. Would not hesitate to recommend him and his firm.

I deeply regret using this company. I accepted their quote of £1,570 to replace a window and paid £1,270 upfront. The job was carried out carelessly, leaving shards of glass all over the room and outside the property, including my neighbour’s area. The installers used no protective covering except a single dust sheet, which did nothing to stop glass from spreading – including into my baby’s cot. The new glass itself was the wrong size and had to be wedged in with a screw.

The external silicone was done to a very poor standard, and the internal area was left filthy. I had to pay for the room and frame to be professionally cleaned and repainted, and for damage to the ledge and surroundings to be fixed. I reasonably withheld the final £300 and offered £150 conditional upon them returning to fix the remaining issues.

Shockingly, the installer returned and threatened to break the window if I did not pay the balance immediately – then went ahead and smashed it. The police were called and attended the scene. He later falsely claimed to them that the window broke accidentally while resealing, which is not true and I have evidence to prove otherwise.

I tried to be fair and reasonable, but this company’s behaviour was completely unprofessional, aggressive, and unacceptable. I understand tradespeople can become frustrated, but this crossed a serious line. Judge for yourself from the photos, but ask: is withholding £150 for damages that cost significantly more to fix really unfair?

Please save yourself the trouble, risk and financial loss. Find a different company.

I have used Globalglassltd three times in the past year, Firstly, for emergency glazing, Then, for restoration of Intricate broken glass panels in Edwardian front door and finally, for the replacement of the glass in the fan lights and in said Edwardian house to comply with building regulations at London Borough of Ealing following a loft conversion. The glass in the fan lights had to meet BSI Fire Glass standards and there were a lot of panels to replace. Medi at Global has been extremely knowledgeable on all of these emergency and planned projects. All prices were competitive and the emergency service was prompt, Indeed, all installations were. The fire glass panels all have the BSI kite mark and Medi was keen to liaise and confirm with the building company exactly the capacity and fire resistance needed to pass the inspection. Their quote and experience were both exceptional, as was the installation.
In my experience, these are really experts in their trade and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and I have already.
