Glimmr charges a premium rate for cleaners but unfortunately doesn’t deliver. I was sent two different cleaners, one of which came 3 times- house instructions were not followed and although I gave my feedback each time service didn’t improve- hair, crumbs and dirt was left in bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and i ended not only paying their premium rate but also having to clean after their cleaners.

Booked for a one off deep clean. It was easy to book and they were flexible when I needed to change the day. Makeba did a fantastic job and I am booking a regular cleaning with her now. Highly recommend them.

Just had Susan come clean my place through Glimmr - really impressed. She was punctual (came promptly at the booked time), polite, and just got on with the work without any fuss.

What really stood out was her fantastic attention to detail, she didn’t miss a thing and even did the skirting which I hadn’t thought of. She was super thorough and conscientious, actually caring about doing the job properly rather than just rushing through it. The place is very clean now, like seriously spotless. Excellent job all round.

Definitely would like to book her again. If you’re after a good cleaner, Susan’s your person.

TOTAL SCAM: purchased item for £14.98 as it clearly shows on my invoice. Was overcharged, in Euros, so I also had excess foreign currency charges. Invoice says Reply to this email; that email doesn't work. Similarly, their listed support email does not work. LYING THIEVES, AVOID.

I used to work for them. Some reviews saying customer oayed fine...we as cleaners do to! Imagine vomiting bug called frkm school to get your child 9.30 ish morning! I was told (self employed!) To provide SICK NOTE FROM GP otherwise 12 pounds will be take of my pay!!! Bloody joke. Also they advertise like agency FROM LONDON while every person txt you from +63 code! Not uk based. At all .

Its crazy how companies can still get away with paying employees £8.50 per hour while also demanding they bring and buy their own cleaning equipment. Both this company and the people who buy services from them are despicable.

Great quality end of tenancy cleaning, better than any other cleaning services I've used so far. Communication was very good as well.
