Prices are absurd! You get essentially 5 pieces when the site advertises the product making you think you're getting 10 pieces. I ordered 3 different colors, NONE of the colors matched the color samples that were ordered of the same colors, nor did it match the pictures on the site. The way you package the hair for shipping is horrendous for how much the customer paid. I'm sure if you could get away with putting the hair in a plain white envelope you would!
For the prices you charge vs the products you give, you should be able to put more back into marketing so you don't deceive your clientele.

I recently ordered a pair of clip in hair extensions, and I ordered a color that was much too late for my hair. The glam seamless company has been absolutely amazing and they have gone above and beyond to help me. I was able to do the free consultation, and The girl was so helpful and so sweet and she was very knowledgeable on colors and what I should do. I also ordered my extensions during the sale. And the sale was over once I got the extensions and I reached out to see if I could exchange my extensions for a different color for the same price and they were very quick and their response and very helpful. I will definitely be ordering from them from now on. They really have a great customer service.

Finally.. a company that cares! I had so much difficulty finding the perfect, quality extensions and when I came across GS, they really took their time to make sure I found the best colour match for my hair. My video call went so smoothly, I was so happy with the service. Once I placed my order, it came in so fast and I've been wearing my clip-in extensions almost everyday! I'm impressed with the quality and service and highly recommend! Thank you!

The customer service department resolved my issue quickly and without any issues.

The inability to update an order that hasn't even been fulfilled is just ridiculous.

"Unfortunately due to the high volume of order requests we receive we are unable to cancel orders or make any order modifications once an order has been placed, changing the item shade is considered an order modification.

We can assist you with a color match and a new order can be placed, and the original order can be returned for a refund once received!"

So I need to spend more money now.. wait a week or so to get the incorrect product, then ship it back.. that takes a week... then getting the refund takes a week. Now I'm having to wait almost a month for my install? I've worked in fulfillment, this is just lazy.

Horrible. I have ordered from them at least 20 times and I accidentally got the wrong color and wanted to exchange it. They told me they cannot exchange it or give me a refund. Very disgusted that you can spend $250 and they won’t do anything to make it right. Horrible company as far as I’m concerned and I will never shop with them again nor should anybody else.

Amanda was very patient and sweet, very thorough, and made sure I understood everything there is to know about the extensions/color and then sent me resources on application, etc.
