Nicole gave me exceptional customer service! I ordered my new 20" clip in extensions and when I tried to put them in I realized that two separate pieces had broken clips. Nicole took care of everything, quickly and easily. My new set is currently being shipped to me and she even adjusted the length for me when I expressed that I felt they were a little too long. I have ordered from this company for years and this is the first time that I have ever had an issue. No big deal when a company is so willing to make it right! I look forward to my new clip ins and thank Nicole for doing such a great job :)
