Superb service, as always!

We had a new cleaner this week and he was on time and once we showed him what was required he for straight to it and did a great job

Gave this company another go after having a bad experience a few years ago and I wish I hadn't. It was such a hassle just to set up the first clean. After filling all the details out on the website they then phoned me and went through all of my details again before confirming the time and date of the first clean, which would have been fine, except that they then phoned another 3 times between then and my booking (which was 5 days later) to reschedule the time (twice) and then the day. After finally getting the first clean booked in, the cleaner arrived on time, however it was clear he was new to the job. I gave him a list of items to clean so that he wouldn't need to remember everything, but he kept cleaning things that weren't on the list and not cleaning things on the list. I've been getting my apartment cleaned for 1.5 hours a month for the last 6 years. I booked 3 hours this time so that I could get a thorough clean (have the floors done twice etc) but after 1.5 hours he'd only completed a basic clean of the kitchen and vacuumed the bathroom so obviously wasn't going to finish a basic clean of the whole apartment in 3 hours, let alone the extra items I'd made the long booking for. I sat outside most of the time so that I couldn't hear what was happening inside because the constant sounds of things being dropped or doors being smashed closed was stressing me out. The first time I used Jarvis was also terrible but I figured it's been 5 years and they'd have different cleaners, and the reviews seemed mostly good so I'd try again, but I should have cut my losses when I realised how much of a hassle just booking the clean was.

I have now been using this service for some time & can say, my experience has been fantastic. My cleaning support person Shinae is wonderful. Each fortnight I leave a list of the things that are priority & these are completed to the highest of standards. If Shinae has time she always completes some of the not so urgent cleaning tasks as well. I highly recommend this service. Thank you Jarvis & Shinae

Call Jarvis if you’re looking for a great cleaning service. I find them very helpful on the phone. Nothing is too much trouble. My butler does a great job keeping my home sparkling. I have no complaints at all.

Note to self - trust the bad reviews.
The cleaner turned up, late, sauntered slowly up the stairs and into the house and huffed. I showed her around. She huffed more. She asked how many rooms, I said I will show you. I walked her around showing which rooms needed cleaning. She said she doesn't think she'll be able to do the cleaning. (My house is NOT UNCLEAN, just needed a clean, which is why I hired a .... cleaner, obvs). She said there was no way she could do it in the 2 hours I had booked. I said you can, I do it in 1.5 top to toe and....I'm not a cleaner. She said a WC would take her half an hour. I said yes it would, if you cleaned it with a toothbrush. She said, no, I can't do it. I said do what you can in TWO hours. She said no, I can't do it, I'll call management. I said don't worry, I'll call them and lodge a complaint.
I subsequently made the complaint to Jarvis, while still in shock and disbelief that a cleaner literally could not be bothered to actually make any attempt to clean, acted beyond entitled and as though her job was beneath her.
They apologised, said they would speak to her and they would book a "hand-picked" replacement to come today at 8am. 7.30am I get a message saying they could not provide a cleaner. This is exactly what happened, no exaggeration. I'm still dumfounded.

I am so angry with how little/ no service was provided. The cleaner did absolutely nothing. No changing bins, no cleaning mould, no cleaning mirrors, no wiping inside shower doors, no wiping shower head, no cleaning the floor, no cleaning toothbrush holders. Absolutely nothing. Bathroom is exactly how it looked before they arrived. I will not be paying the $44 an hour they cost (they did 3 hours work) for absolutely no result and I had to go and clean after they left. Disgusting.

The worse company ever I deal with. Not helpful. Not clean. Not organize. I am going to complain about the fair work.
That is the Forth time that I booked with them and they canceled the booking 5 minutes before the schedule. They just apologize but don’t help you to solve the issue.
The last time the salesperson even forgot to book for me and I called them and found out she even didn’t book!
They have terrible staff. The cleaners are not clean. You need to work with them at the same time. Always come late.
The worse experience in Australia. Wasted my money.

Damn I wish I believed these comments. Booked a cleaning service a week ago, confirmed it, and was meant to come today. I texted yesterday to confirm they are still coming as I haven’t received any notification from them and thought it was strange and they text back today (day of booking) that they didn’t book a cleaner because I’m out of their area of operation, even tho it clearly stated on their advert on Google that they service my area.
No one even contacted me throughout the week to tell me this.
I reckon they are dodgy as hell. Do not book!
I was stupid enough to read all the negative comments but give them a chance. Wish I didn’t.

A BIG JOKE. STAY AWAY!!!
I submitted an inquiry that got prompt replies, impressive. So I booked and they confirmed my booking for today, 31st July 2022, Sunday, 10am - 1230pm. 11am came, no cleaner, no updates. Nothing. I emailed, sent sms, and rang their customer service to which their agent was surprised that no cleaner has arrived to my confirmed booking and so she (Maria) said to keep my line open because she will double check and ring back. After 15 minutes, another agent (Cheryl) rang and asked how I am, told her I've been waiting for an hour now for my confirmed cleaner and Cheryl put me on hold because, again, she too will double check (wth!) and as expected (after reading the reviews, which I should have, before booking), no cleaner was available. So yes, please do yourself a favour and STAY AWAY from Jarvis Cleaning Company! A BIG JOKE of a company. VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I booked a one off cleaning service for last week. The booking was cancelled twice, and then rescheduled for Friday 3pm. At 3:30pm I get a call from the cleaner saying she can’t find the building. I don’t know what to say other than look it up on Google maps? It’s a giant complex on a well signed and lit street. I sent a text with instructions on where to park and where to find the keys, but the cleaner keeps calling me saying she doesn’t know where to park. I explain it over and over again, with no success. The cleaner left and I get a call from the company saying they can come back tomorrow, and offering me a discount for the next visit. Excuse me, next visit? How about do the job right this time and then think about getting my business again. I understand things happen, traffic, kids school pick up, weather, sickness, I get it. But not showing up 3 times is a little too much for me to swallow.

I’ve had the most frustrating and unreliable service from Jarvis.

I’m up to my 3rd last minute cancellation for an appointment that was meant to remedy the poor job previously done.

I was guaranteed that because of my poor experience, they have prioritized their best cleaner to come for my next appointment. What a joke, the butler hasn’t turned up twice, and always with the same excuse of a last minute injury. I’ve had to cancel my day to accommodate these appointments and it’s incredibly frustrating.

Ultimately, you guys are in the business of trust. We are trusting you to come into our homes and I don’t believe that you have developed a process to earn trust from your butlers and translate that trust into great experiences for customers.

Excellent job at our place.Great communication re arrival and departure times. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking home cleaning services.

Jarvis are so, SO bad. Repeatedly say they are available and then cancel minutes before the cleaner is due to turn up. DO NOT USE!!!

I met the cleaner for their first visit and gave them a key for the ongoing visits. I have a 1 bedroom apartment and they had 2 hours to clean. They didn't vacuum in the corner between my couches or under my desk. I showed them where my cat was hiding in the wardrobe and said it was fine to close it to clean but to remember to reopen it. I came home to my cat shut in the wardrobe. It's been two weeks and I have repeatedly asked for my key to be returned and they haven't.

I have been most impressed with the way Sakshi goes about her work. She is a delightful young lady to have in the house and always arrives on time. Thank you for sending her to me

Some really good, professional cleaning staff (Jarvis calls them butlers). Jarvis customer service has been good but they have made a bunch of mistakes, but once notified, fixed them quickly. Jess, Andrew, Anna all were excellent cleaners!

Absolutely brilliant 1st class work. So much work done in a short time. Highly recommended 👌
