Gesa Froze My Account, No Access For Days
Zelle is available when you have a Gesa checking account. I sent $500 to another party and Gesa's fraud department flagged it as suspicious. The fraud department then froze my account for roughly 2 weeks so I could not access my money.
I received email notices from several companies that my auto payments could not be processed, including my home equity loan. If I didn't happen to have an account with another financial institution to make payments and have access to money, the situation would have been dire.
I have transferred all my financial transactions to my other financial institution.
I am in my late 60s and this is the single worst experience I have ever had with a financial institution, bar none.
