After weeks of hearing absolutely nothing from this company suddenly out of the blue I received a pair of sandals today. They don’t appear anything like those advertised. The ‘leather’ is a wafer thin suedette material which will probably break on initial use. The sides are glued into the base with globs of glue showing. The main issue is the size - these are at least a whole size bigger, possibly two. Completely unwearable . They look cheap and nasty so unlikely to be worn even if the size was correct. As much as it pains me to give this company proper money for cheap and nasty, I really can’t be bothered to go through their elaborate ‘returns process’ so they’ll end up in the bin. Please don’t be fooled by the many ‘so called companies’ advertising these sandals on Facebook. I’m convinced they all come from the same place and will all look the same on receipt. Save yourself some money and don’t get fooled like me. This was my first and last Facebook purchase. Stay away!

Do not buy from this company there are rubbish nothing like the photo , lm getting in touch with trust pilot to try and get my money back £31 they cost with shipping don’t waste your money tried to find there phone number with no luck that says it all they should be fined never to sell again and put in prison. They are not worth one star let alone five stare .

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They will not refund me and they sent me the wrong shoes! They look nothing like the photo I ordered brown and they sent cream. They offered me £10 but I paid £22 and said I had to pay return postage to China when it’s their fault. Their email responses take ages and are just standard replies not personalised - **TERRIBLE COMPANY WARNING **

The shoes I received are nothing like the website, these are too different shades of white, supposed to be white buttons on the strap but are black and one is broken off, I am supposed to pay postage to send these back when I have already paid to have them shipped. Waste of time do not waste your money on this website!!

The boots did arrive but were not as advertised- no steel toe caps, no arch support, no Kevlar soles, no spike protection. Boots advertised specifically as having these features. Arrived after 2 months and have no returns label. The customer service link does not work. Needs to be removed from Facebook shop.

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals and they are cheaply made, already come away from their soles . Poor stitching and quite frankly only fit for the bin.
Don’t waste your money.

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago had confirmation and then tracking number which when you go and click states does not exist have tried to email their customer services twice now and no response ! So not impressed

Ordered sandals totally wrong pair delivered. Try to return to be told I would need to pay the postage or can get 20% back.
Can’t get through to them that they sent the wrong goods. Reply email is just automated so says the same thing

If I could give this company a zero I would. It sells boots that would not fit anybody. Far too narrow, not meant for European feet. Not interested in returns or refunds. Offered me 15%.

This website is a scam operation.
It is one of many jumping on the clones of Geox brand.
Check their web address in your browser address bar, then check the email address for customer care, there is no consistency as One would expect with a legitimate operation.
Check the 'contact Us' link, it is dead.
Ordering from them, they take payment and show a summary page afterwards but You never receive a confirmation email.
Soon afterwards you get a link to their bogus tracking website, all in Chinese, called 17Track net
This 'portal' is used collectively by scamming groups.
Updates on the progress of your shipment are vague and clearly not genuine as port names, destination ports etc are absent.
Even after they claim your shipment has arrived in a nameless country and been passed to the domestic courier, Hermes Evri in my case, they continue to give bogus updates when in fact the domestic courier should, by then, be contacting you with delivery details and the shipping company should be out of the picture.
They simply try to delay your suspicions arising.
Emailing them, they simply send you a link to the bogus 17Track portal once, then ignore you there afterwards.
It is an automated system with the same pattern of events common among scammed customers.
If you've used geoxsdiscountshop com and paid money, I'd advise you to start a PayPal claim immediately or contact your card/bank and seek their help in clawing back your money.
Google search 17Track to see numerous reviews of them all made by similarly robbed customers in the last few weeks.
