Ordered a camera with express shipping that they advertised as in stock. One week passes and I enquire about my order, they told me that I needed to prove that my transaction was legitimate as a security check - a "security check" on George's side mind you; not the bank (they did not contact me about this, I had to go to them to discover the status). Once that was done, another week passes so I inquire again, and they inform me that the camera is out of stock and is awaiting notice from their supplier. So at this point they've falsely advertised that the camera was in stock, which was the whole reason I decided to buy from them. They also do not honour you purchasing express shipping. I'm in the process of obtaining a refund from them. Be **extremely** careful before considering these guys. They falsely advertise that cameras are in stock, and don't update you about anything like security checks.

I'm very satisfied with the product and the process of buying my camera. I received very fast and everything It was perfect.

Bought a Fujifilm XT50 from Georges Cameras. Before purchase checked the stock with online chat which was very quick and respinsive. The item shipped next day. Packaging was very good. So, over all competitive price, good customer service and fast shiomemt. Also claimed the cashback from Fujifilm which wad accepted. Georges Cameras are an authorised dealer.

I ordered a lens online on sale. A month later I have still not received it and despite two emails and a phone call have not been given a delivery date. The communication has been appalling, telling me they will investigate and get back to me after a phone call I made and then no follow up at all. They have never advised me it was not in stock when I placed my order. Buyer be aware, and I will never deal with this business again.

I ordered a Godox i30 Pro Flash Online from Georges and I received it 2 days later. Could not ask for better service than that. Looking at purchasing a new Sony lens later this year for an overseas trip and will be buying from Georges for sure!
