Just had my delivery of one of Geoff’s handmade fountains. Hope we do them proud with the installation. Looks amazing and a testament to Liam’s craftsmanship and Hayley’s customer service. Nice to see British manufacturing.

Lets keep it simple, bought a fountain in June 2025 (Barcelona 3 tier), woke up the other morning and the middle tier had collapsed under its own weight into 4 pieces and before you think it must of had frozen water in it it didn't as its been switched off for the last 6 weeks and it doesn't hold water in the tiers when switched off. Anyway contacted Geoffs and they said they could sell me the part that had failed? Really? Well all I can say is don't buy anything from this company as the products are not fit for purpose. Frost proof? Thats a joke. Any warranty? No. I now have a 2 tier fountain and who knows might be down to 1 when before the winter is over? Poor customer service, basically blamed the weather/ice, stinking attitude and really not interested. Poor, poor,poor :-(

I purchased a £2,500 three-tiered fountain over the phone, paying with my debit card. While the product itself is absolutely stunning — more on that in a moment — the customer service experience was deeply frustrating.

From the moment I paid, communication was virtually non-existent. I received no confirmation, no order details, nothing — and had to chase the company just to receive a receipt. That set the tone for the entire experience.

I followed up again to ask about delivery and eventually got a reply from an unnamed individual advising it would take six weeks. Fair enough. But after seven weeks had passed with no update, I reached out again — this time feeling genuinely concerned that I might have been scammed. A vague email followed, blaming staffing issues and suggesting further delays.

Weeks passed. I chased again. I was told the fountain was “just out of the oven” — whatever that means. Another couple of weeks passed. Still nothing. At this point, I emailed again (half-joking, half-desperate), asking if the fountain had at least cooled down by now.

Finally, after several months and multiple follow-ups, it arrived. All two tons of it.

And here’s the thing: it’s absolutely fantastic. Truly. The quality, the craftsmanship — it’s stunning. It now sits proudly in our formal garden and looks like it’s been there for a century. It was worth the wait — but only just.

Despite spending thousands, I received no follow-up, no apology for the poor communication, and no effort to check on my satisfaction post-delivery. It’s a real shame, because the product is exceptional — but the business itself feels like it’s being held together with string.

Bottom Line:

If you’re looking for a truly beautiful, high-quality fountain, I’d still recommend this company for the product alone. But be warned: the customer service is dismal, and the process is not for the faint-hearted. Use a protected payment method like PayPal for peace of mind — and prepare for a long, silent wait. When it finally arrives, you won’t be disappointed — but getting there might test your nerve.

We ordered the Large Georgian Style Trough. It’s beautiful however the 3 stars is because it’s really really heavy. There’s no weight estimate on the product details page. Or warning. Emailing Geoff’s if they knew anyone that could help and no response. We hired a moving company and they said it would require 4 strong people. Or a crane. They said it was heavier than a piano they moved the prior day. A huge expense.

We have just taken delivery of a Large Fluted Plinth and we are absolutely delighted with the quality and delivery.

I received my Medium Barcelona 3 Tiered garden fountain today, I bought them from this company on eBay. I can honestly recommend this company as my fountain arrived as planned, they rang me to ask what day I would want it delivering, it was delivered early so I could erect it which was easy. It was much better than the picture on eBay real quality stone.

Great product, great price, well packages and delivered on time. Lovely addition to our garden. Happy to recommend.

Very happy with our fountain. Geoff’s son was very helpful and delivered it himself.
Big job for me putting it up as it’s very heavy especially as I was putting it in a pond. Still the weight makes it extremely stable and it# working perfectly.

Unfortunately only the sizes were on the website nothing about the weight! All the other websites we looked at said the feature was about 20/30kg which for a pensioner was a movable weight.
This came on a pallet and said it was 250kg! I really should have sent it back and lost 60/70£ in shipping, two months later and it is still on the front drive as we are having problems thinking of a way to get it to the garden.
If it had had the weight on the listing we would not have bought it, but that is why they do not put on the weight, it would make people think twice.
It looks ok but still not sure if we can get it into the garden.
Just think of the weight before buying, they are made of solid stone and heavy, 250kg for a water trough fountain, hate to think of what the larger ones weigh.

Our stone plinth arrived today.It was delivered in perfect condition.The plinth is beautiful,very pleased,can't wait to top it off when our sculpture comes.I would highly recommend this company

Ordered these online relying on the photos, and was not disappointed. Came very well wrapped palletised and placed on my driveway by the delivery driver. They are very heavy so I needed a couple of pals to help me get them into position, but once done I must say they look magnificent!!

We had been looking for a Great Dane statue for quite sometime. This one was made to order and reasonably priced compared to lots of others we had seen. It is beautifully made and detailed. Very good service received on the phone and item was delivered in a good time scale. Very happy and would recommend.

Bought the Modern Contemporary Patio Ball in white limestone. In brief the initially purchasing process was good, except it would have been helpful if details of where items could be viewed other that the company show room could be provided. Buying on the internet is a risk and travelling several hours to view a show room item is really not an option. There was a problem with the water feature when it first arrived but the response was very good with the matter put right quickly.

All that said the water feature appears to be made from a compound set in a mould. It is VERY heavy and we could not lift the main ball into position without help. Trying it to get the water feature level was nightmare. Most annoying was the fact that being made in a mould all parts were not smooth and therefore fit flush together. In the end had to use small stones between two parts to make the whole structure level, which is somewhat unsightly.

Not a product I would recommend.
