Very businesslike
We have used GBICS twice - both times for small orders.
The service was good: prompt answer to our query, prompt confirmation of lead times, and delivery far faster than promised.
The items we bought are difficult to find in stock since C-19 hit. GBICS has had them to hand both times.

We do not claim to be "certified" with any of the vendors that our products are compatible with. Our products adhere to the MSA agreement and comply with the European safety directives set out for laser products. If you feel you've been mislead in anyway, we'd like to hear from you directly to resolve the matter and identify where the misunderstanding may of occurred.

Excellent experience with gbics
Excellent experience with gbics, especially considering the current circumstances.
I was in communication with the gbics team before placing an order to check delivery options with the current restrictions in place. Once the order was placed they kept track of the order at every step and informed me of it's progress. All my correspondence received a response in a very short amount of time.
