Good service from gateway but the car…
Good service from gateway but the car supplier was not playing ball and not giving out many clues about when the car would be available (Trust Ford) although it was an ‘in stock’ car, and it arrived unanounced on a different day to the day it was booked for. Would be a 5 star review if Gateway used more reliable and communicative vehicle suppliers as when you order a car you shouldn’t need to be guessing when it might turn up, it’s not an Amazon order🤔🤔🤔

Fantastic company to deal with…
All communication with gate way to lease was spot on, everyone I dealt with (2 or 3 different people) were very efficient and competent, they dealt with an issue (that was out of their hands) but did everything they could to help resolve which meant chasing up other companies, got the issues sorted. When I spoke to person on phone they were very polite, empathetic and professional. I would definitely recommend gateway to lease and use again. Thank you Georgia! Why can't all companies customer service be like this? Thanks 😊
