Good communication about my order for some special lavender plants. Delivered in the expected time frame and the plants are in excellent condition. Would most certainly use again.

Great range and good price. Delivery from Italy took 6 weeks, but extreme weather didn't help. Kept us up to date. No doubt delivery delay made it a tired looking plant. However it looks promising. Ask me again in 12 months.

Be aware ordering from this company ! Ordered a loquat tree £126 +£25 delivery if I had seen this in garden centre I would definately not of bought it ! I waited 5 weeks for delivery so disappointed was told it has to come from Italy and our drivers are on a holiday for 2 weeks ! Why wasn’t this made clear when you order in August ? Then I finally get a date for delivery in September to be told we have a shortage of uk delivery drivers so delayed again ! The tree finally arrived , spindly thin trunk so annoyed looks nothing like the pic :( very unhappy customer I Was offered a measly £20 voucher to use when I spend again with this company ! I won’t ever use this company again , please think twice before you order . Just go to a garden centre and you can see what you’re buying feel very foolish , never again just realised I paid for a 25litre pot they have sent an approximately 10 litre pot

I was searching for a particular tree, and found it at GP online.
I was dubious, had never paid that much for a single plant! But I could not be happier with the service, nor the tree! It is a beautiful specimen, Thank you.

Delivery took a month delay , plant thati received doesn't look like the photos, pure customer service, I wouldn't recommend, I'm left with an unwanted plant when the gardening season is almost over ! Huge loss

All thou my order took just over 1 months to arrive. Nonetheless am happy with my order of (lLex nelly Stevens) Holly tree. They arrived in really good condition, fully netted, no damage. And I wish to thank the company for updating me on the status of my order.

Great price. Was a while to be delivered due to it being summer and a heatwave. But I would much prefer a healthy plant even if it is late. Was kept updated throughout and plant was delivered in perfect condition on the day and time they said it would.

The hydrangea tree exceeded my expectation when I received it. So beautiful. And the delivery etc all went exactly as promised, so I have no complaints. Well done!

While it took around a month to deliver my sago palm, the company kept me informed throughout with weekly updates so I wasn’t ever concerned about the delay - when delivered it was on time with the guidance and the plant is absolutely perfect - a lovely specimen - better and larger than I hoped for. A very satisfied customer and I recommend others to use your services.

I felt confident from the information provided online to go forward with my order for a 6 foot pencil Cypress conifer. I was kept informed of the progress with my order and delivery, which was extremely smooth. The Cypress conifer is beautiful and arrived with instructions in its large pot ready for transplanting. I ordered an oleander and had 8 emails apologizing for the wait, a date would have been better. Then with no warning it appeared on the doorstep, no wrapping just ribbons keeping it together, but it was fine, better than expected, larger and very healthy with plenty of blooms, defiantly worth the wait! Thank you

We ordered two large terracotta pots in July. It stated delivery within 5-12 days. These were a standard product offered in their website. Here we are, 3rd September, we have still not received the items. We keep getting fobbed off that they are being “bespokely” made, and that their delivery drivers are on holiday blah blah. We have requested a refund to be told they will deduct 20% restocking fee. For what? They didn’t have it in stock and we have never received it. This company does not abide by UK consumer law and we will be taking this to Trading Standards, and the small claims court. They tell us they no longer have the money, but wherever the money is, our contract is with the seller. They have no idea about consumer law and should not be allowed to trade. They are clearly not stockists of anything and just pass your order to another company to fulfil. Avoid like the plague!

Avoid this company. I ordered on 6th June and almost 3 months later had to go through my credit card company just to get my money back. The company director/manager Anthony point blank lied to me on several occasions I even got to the point I recorded the conversation and let him know and he still fed me lies. Promised delivery dates were just nonsense. Every time I asked for my money back it was dismissed. Staff are rude on the phone and do not have the stock. Please save yourself the time and hassle of dealing with this terrible company. Massive scam.

Sent a plant that arrived unboxed and with half the leaves fallen off. I asked for a refund. They refused to give a full refund charging me £18.99 for restocking and £20 for picking up. I am a qualified gardener and this plant was for a gardening client so it left me in an extremely difficult situation. I definitely won't be using this company again and would not recommend.

Took a week or so before delivery could be arranged. Although a kerbside delivery was expected the driver offered to help move plant. Luckily wasn't too heavy and I could do myself
Tree itself seems healthy and is now planted.
Overall very pleased.
