Please avoid this company. I ordered an Addis foot stool from them which arrived in a completely damaged condition and blatantly looked as if it had been already used. I sent them pictures of the damaged stool and they refused to take responsibility for the damaged item and instead falsely blamed the delivery company Yodel instead. After I requested them to take the damaged stool back and sent them numerous emails they stopped responding to my emails. They are a complete scam please stay away from this cowboy company. I’ve lost the money that I paid for the stool and have received a damaged and useless item. Please do not order anything from them at all!!!
I ordered a foot stool which arrived in a terrible, used and damaged condition. I contacted them stating that they had sent me a used and damaged stool attaching pictures of the damaged stool. The damage was so bad that neither could I stand on and neither could I sit on the stool. The stool was completely damaged and there was hard stuff on the surface of the stool which hurts my foot and bottom. I requested them to take the damaged item back and arrange return postage for it as I had a received a damaged item they stopped responding to me and didn’t want to refund me or answer my messages.

Never order from this company. You'll regret it.

This was my first order, and it was supposed to arrive within 3–4 days. More than 10 days passed with no delivery. I was then told the parcel had been lost in transit. Shortly afterwards, I was told it had actually arrived.

When I requested a refund a few days later, they suddenly produced a "proof of delivery" photo—but the package wasn't even visible in the picture. The parcel never arrived at my address, and instead of resolving the issue, they are now asking me to fill out a dispute form.

Thankfully, my order was only worth £25. I can't imagine how frustrating this would have been if it had been £250 or more.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The delivery process, communication, and handling of missing parcels have been extremely disappointing.

Order had to be re-summitted due to an error by the courier(Yodel lost it!!🤦🏻‍♂️ & not the fault of Garden & Pet Supplies). However it was quickly put right by the supplier & delivered with a minimum amount of disruption!😃👍🏼
This company hasn’t had the best of reviews on Trustpilot, but on this occasion, they need to be commended for their quick action

Abysmal company failed to deliver next day, delays responding to emails, conflicting responses one said courier lost & to cancel my end to speed up refund, other said out of stock & refunded when they had NOT. Have had to open Paypal case, shocking company & atrocious non-existent customer care!

I ordered some Cuprinol for a job l am currently doing and paid the extra for next day delivery. Since it hadn't arrived by mid afternoon l thought l would chase it up. It turns out when l ordered it, it wasn't even in stock and only arrived today. I am leaving it in the hands of someone who will chase it up, so it may not even be sent out today.

Ordered goods and not received. After numerous emails, and one reply, I asked for a refund. All is quiet.

The items I ordered arrived eventually but they are really bad at communication. They lie and email you saying items have been lost in the post and are resending them. In reality they never provide tracking numbers or dispatch notifications and are really slow at sending orders out. I wouldn't recommend as you're never quite sure if the order will turn up.

Poor communication and poor delivery service. Would not recommend.

Ordered from this company three times. Goods are always packaged well. Unfortunately, through no fault of the company, delivery firm Evri, received my parcel but then ‘misplaced’ it. Having contacted the seller about this issue, I found them to be extremely helpful and understanding. Immediately re-ordered my goods, and I received them the following day by DPD.

I found this company via the Google search engine whilst looking for 'really useful boxes'. I was thrilled that they stocked the 2 sized I wanted for a very good price, so I went ahead and ordered. 4x large skinny boxes and 4x large fat boxes.

Ordering online was easy and delivery time was reasonable.

When I received my order, that was where things stopped being great. I came home to a delivery of 2 massive cardboard boxes. Opened the first one and had my 4x fat boxes. Great. Opened the 2nd cardboard box expecting my skinny boxes only to find 4x more fat ones. I double checked my invoice in case I had made a mistake, but I had in fact ordered correctly.

Because it was out of hours I emailed the Outlook email address given and also replied to my receipt email just in case, hoping to get a response in the morning at some point.
I didn't receive a response until 1.50pm at which point it was requested I send photos. For what reason I do not know. The order is wrong. The person who picked my order must have known it was wrong or is not competent enough to perform the task.
Photos were sent at 2.10pm and I expected a swift response to remedy the situation, however it was just after 4.30pm when I recieved a reply. 'we are out of stock of the box you require' but can collect the wrong half of the order and refund'.

It's a large box to return, the reply email was not from the 'outlook' address given for returns, the reply emails were extremely slow, products are listed online when they aren't even in stock and the person who packed my order can't even get it right...nor can anyone contact me to tell me what I want is out of stock.

I didn't have any faith in this company to return the wrong half of my order just in case it doesn't make it back. I emailed to say I'll keep them. No response to acknowledge this which would have been approriate.

I took a chance on a company I had never heard from. Sadly this experience won't see me coming back. Nothing made me feel like a valued customer.

They were quick to deliver and the items were of good quality.

I am very pleased with my first order from this seller. Competitive prices, good quality items, and fast delivery. My order was packaged in reused materials that are also recyclable (ie. packaging from other products), so there is less waste.
I emailed a question and received a response the next business day. I would definitely order again.
